Good stay near swargodwar, puri. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean, provides towel and toiletries. Bit pricey, but ok.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Swapnapuri on Puri Marine Drive Road. The person at the reception was shockingly rude and disrespectful, not just to me but also to my wife. The behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. We expected a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but instead, we were met with arrogance and misbehavior. This ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay. I would strongly advise the management to address this issue and train their staff on basic customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Puri.

Owner: The owner may seem rude, but this is due to hearing problems, not actual unfriendliness. 5. Room Quality: Rooms are decent for the price, not luxurious but comfortable enough for budget travelers. 6. Pricing: Paid ₹2000 for a non-AC room without a sea view. Sea-facing rooms may cost more. 7. Nearby Dining Options: Plenty of restaurants are available nearby, offering local and North Indian cuisine. 8. Beach Access: Direct access to Swargadwar Beach, ideal for morning and evening walks. 9. Temple Visit Convenience: Jagannath Temple is easily reachable, either by auto or on foot if you prefer a short walk. 10. Overall Experience: Good location, average hospitality, budget-friendly pricing. Ideal for travelers looking for a basic stay near the beach.

Overall excellent. Needs provision for online booking.Managers and staff like Lakhan r assets in view of my recent stay in early Dec. 2024 and also previous stays. Prefer to stay here everytime if 201/301 available.Calling bell types need improvement.

Locations is really very good. BUT as per Reviews written by recent visiter I will NEVER book this Hotel. The management should try to improve their image. Deals should be fair. Prices are standard. Service should be as per price charged. Staff should be trained to meet guests aspectations. . Most important thing, they must learn from unsatisfied guests. And answer negative reviews on Google or any other site. I will book this Hotel after these changes.

Same as everyone. The manager literally has no manner and suddenly started to misbehave with my father when he just asked the booking system of the cars (for mandir visit and other places) I just got so much angry then and told him to behave then my father calmed me down and we stayed there only for the hotel manager is known to my father’s friend and that uncle requested us. Ong !! Please don’t go to this hotel at least !!

Pathetic hotel! We entered the hotel casually asking for rooms . We simply said that we want it for 2 nights. The receptionist jusked said 4000 rupees and didn't even bothered to mention that it was per night or for both the night. Luckily we had made the mind to left the hotel a night earlier as we had to board train and then there was a surprise. He asked that you have to pay 4960 more in that as 960 was GST and 4000 was for one night stay and you have booked it for 2 nights. We argued that you have not shown us any rate card or not given us anything in written before. Somehow we paid the bill but still we think it is a scammy place as amenities are nowhere near considering the price . No breakfast no lift no regular water no canteen no suitable wifi Only the beach was near that's all. Absolute NO NO NO place.

Happy with this hotel. Only one suggestion. As you are charging a decent amount, please provide to trash can One for the room and one for the bathroom. Also add brush and toothpaste. These things are available in the nearby hotels in a cheaper price. Otherwise it was a good experience
