The rooms were small when booked through the home stay service through Great indian homestay 🏨 The service was unsatisfactory, with the cleanliness being subpar. 🧹 Location-wise, it was decent, but the beach is quite a walk away (2.5 km). 🚶‍♀️ Also, delivery personnel are not permitted inside the society. 🚫

It's a very old Big residential society/property. Some Flats owner use as a home stay type and some Flats use as a hotel unit.lots of restrictions no public transport enter this location and no delivery service.No power backup some flats offer only inverter back up.Care taker and owner behave like a it's a 7star premium property but it's completely wrong and behaviours is Very rude.This place is not good for anyone may be price are attractive but use less. No maintenance very dirty smell and very dirty flats and bed smell in mattress and pillow.Over all it's a horrible.

Love it but service wasn't that good The boy who was sent for us did not understand Hindi, and the room that was given to us had a very bad smell coming from the dustbin So I feel that they should pay a little attention to cleanliness, everything else was fine, I enjoyed visiting.

Had a medical emergency and quickly asked for blinket to deliver the medicine and the guy was stopped at the main gate- and was asked to come and collect the medicine parcel from the gate. Had to walk for good 20 mins to- fro for the pain relief medicine. The supervisor Pramod deployed at the gate - doesn’t care anyone lives or dies- the parcel won’t go inside.

Terrible Experience – Host Lacks Professionalism Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. We arrived late at night due to a long journey from Bhubaneswar, with one additional guest joining us at the last minute. We informed the host about this situation and checked in quietly to avoid disturbing anyone at midnight. Instead of handling the matter professionally the next morning, the host rudely asked us to leave the property without any discussion or consideration. The lack of understanding and hospitality was shocking. If additional charges were required, we would have been happy to settle them, but the unnecessary drama and hostility were completely uncalled for. This experience ruined our trip, and we would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this property.

Location is bit far and their service is extremely slow. You need to wait more than 1 hour to get your room. That too we checked in during the evening. You get no toiletries, or towels , no hot water in geyser. Very dirty linens. I recommend not to stay here.
