OYO Home Chandan Resort Homestay

The Resort is well maintained , but the rooms need a little makeover. There's no problem until any issue with the A/C(it's very old and makes sound but works) or TV. The cottage like room has its own environment but the bathroom is very small , feels congested. They have 5 rooms & believe me if u don't want to feel any1 else's presence -u won't . Too many mosquitoes. Food is good & will cost u less than outside restaurants. Whatever u want u just need to order prior. There's is one caretaker who arranges everything; even if u want to travel, he can arrange - Very helpful service. Digital payment facility is provided. View from terrace is scenic beauty surrounded with coconut trees. Beach is in walking distance. The area is less crowded , almost no disturbance , ideal for peaceful family holiday trip.

The rooms are quite good. Food taste was awesome. Staff behavior was also good. Room service is little bit off as number of staff are less may be. At a Walking distance from beach. The environment is quite positive and satisfying.

Chandan Resort is a guest house hired by Aditya Birla Group. Price of the rooms are very reasonable in comparison to similar Hotels. However room are very old. There are only 5 rooms available for booking. Out of 5, 2 rooms are in good condition and upto date. Rest are very old and need a major revamp. However location wise it is very good. Also car parking space is available there. There is not for room service, the guest house staffs are well behaved and helpful. I would say food at this place is excellent. It is more like home made food. Price is also reasonable.

Holiday Home for Aditya Birla Group. Location is around 100 meter from Sea beach. Rooms were clean, Food was homely, staff was supportive. Less parking space. Max 3 car can be parked together.

Chandan Resort is maintained by Hindalco Industries Aditya Birla Group. Guest house is available only for ABG employees. There are total 5 rooms. Homely environment. Food quality is good and at very reasonable prices. One should inform the attendant in advance about the menu of food which one would like to have. Sea beach is at a walking distance. Attendant is well behaved and helpful.

Sea beach is just 200 Miter it is little bit far from temple . Now days main marine drive is very dirty so outer area sea beach is clean which is very close from this property . there's only one staff in this resort he is very helping in nature .he will prepare every type of meal as you desire.

Nice quiet place to stay. Beach is some 300 to 400 m away. Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. I would suggest travellers to use the dining facility here . Call them and preorder so that you do not have to look around for restaurants.

Room had a portico besides a mini balcony. The nearby beach wasn't crowded. Home cooked grub was great. Room service was par excellence. A grand experience.
