Hotel Borderland Amritsar

We have booked room for 4 days. My complete family had booked 5 rooms for marriage function. All rooms very dirty and construction going on, no room service, lift was not working and there was no house keeping person... And please don't book this hotel rooms. Very pathetic not even single star. Please note: I barely write reviews. I am writing this review out of frustration.

The bride's family booked room for us for 4 days. The hotel was on renovation. 1. Our rooms were really really dirty. Lot of my relatives fell sick because of the dust. 2. Lift was not working properly. It used to stop abruptly. 3. Horrible room service. They barely cleaned out rooms. 4. Food was okay okay. Not that great. 5. There were very few staff members. Existing staff were not cooperative. We had to call them multiple times to get work done. 6. Water was not neat. I agree t

Mixed Experience at Hotel I recently stayed at this Hotel and had a mixed experience. The outdated quilts and slow water flow in the washroom were noticeable issues, indicating a need for property renovation. However, the standout factor was the exceptional service provided by the hotel manager. His professionalism, communication skills, and overall demeanor were truly five-star. Despite the room issues, the manager's stellar performance made the stay more enjoyable. Hopefully, the hotel considers addressing the maintenance issues to enhance the overall guest experience.

I liked the hotel's location, a little away from the crowded market. The hotel staff are very nice and cooperative. The food was good. Rooms are spacious and clean. With all the basic amenities, the room tariff is reasonable.

It was a wonderful stay at Hotel Borderland Amritsar. The rooms were very neat and clean and food was delicious as well. We had received a wonderful hospitality from Mr. Monty and Ms. Muskan from the housekeeping department. The hotel provided valet parking as well which was very well supported by Balkar Singh . Kudos to the entire team. Highly recommend staying here at Hotel Borderland Amritsar.

This is a good hotel to stay in Amritsar Location is in the lane just opposite Bansal sweets on Lawrence Road. Parking space available outside but it is limited. Valet was available Night reception manager Mr Vishwa very friendly. Housekeeping staff also very good and working through the night. Rooms - very spacious and clean with an extra large King bed. Extra bed charges of 1200 per night. All amenities working very well in the room - fridge, excellent air-conditioning, kettle, coffee/tea facilities, bathroom with shower, toiletries, hair dryer. Iron was given on request. Breakfast - terrible!! Cutting 1 star for that - no options and we just ordered eggs from the kitchen. Good hotel, highly recommend. Booked through MMT for around 3000 per night. Good value

Very nice hotel with all facilities,good rooms with good size, hot water running for 24x7. Nice interior of rooms....entire staff was very helpfull,room service also available for 24 hrs. Food served by them is one of the best food in amritsar...such a memorable stay we had here..good work keep it up dear team.....thanks
