The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door.Everyone was very helpful and humble. About Rooms so rooms were very neat and clean and I feel very comfortable.

I had an exceptional experience at this property. It’s more than just a hotel; it truly feels like a palace, offering a royal ambiance throughout your stay. The food and service were outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special and well taken care of, providing all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amritsar. I stayed during the off-season in early November, so the rates were quite reasonable, adding to the overall value of the stay.

Here at Hotel Uno elite h, awesome experience. Excellent hospitality. Receptionist greeted us nicely. Always ready to assist. Rooms were fine, neat and clean. Overall experience was fine.
