The Chitvan Resort

Great location, exactly on the Jaipur-Ajmer highway. Rooms were very nice. We took the room with Patio. The property is built over large area, still well maintained. Swimming pool was clean too. Breakfast was complementary and lot of options were there.

The place is very suitable for travellers to take a break. Right on highway. Neat and clean though an old structure. Perhaps due to very salty water.||If room is towards the front, you will hear all the noise from highway traffic.||One big negative is that no wifi is provided.

Resort is amazing. Hygiene rooms with a small swimming pool. Greenery area is more. Peaceful environment. Service is fast. One thing just made me bothered they charging very much that is thrice of mrp. A 200 ml cocacola bottle of MRP Rs 20/-, you will be charged with Rs 75/-. Very horrible. 3 tines of mrp.

It's a very peaceful & most beautiful location, I have been visiting frequently since last more then 12 years, especially the behaviour of Mr. Rajender Nayak is too good

This resort is ideal for a weekend getaway with friends or family. Food and staff are excellent! Sprawling amidst plenty of greenery, it’s very pretty too! Also great to host a small party or gathering, we went as a large family group for a function and had the best time over 3 days!

The rooms were beautiful and clean. Service was also nice. The garden area and the property was awesome. They have space for parking.They also have a pool and turf field. The staff was friendly and cooperative. The property is on the highway so if someone is searching for transportation then it is difficult but the owner has few known cab owners so one can opt for that option. The place is safe for stay. Overall experience was good. Nice place to stay in a very calm and natural environment.

Worst! (Is an understatement) This place needs a serious make over. The place is run down and rooms need even the basic cleaning. When we checked in the rooms were yet to sweep and mop when we told the manager he was like " aaj subah hi check out hua hai" we checked in at 14.30. So according to the manager the place need not be clean till someone asks otherwise its ok to not to. Bathroom are filthy , rusty, missing basic emenities, we found half used bottle of shampoo, the landlines had web, the wall had dust and what not!! Food was alright. Service ok. The staff doesnt know how to talk and how to address you. They lie also a lot and try to confise you with different versions if they are bot able to provide something... Also, you need to call atleast twice to ask something and if you ask again they will answer "Haa to bhej rahe hai na" ,the guy in the morning just shouted when I was leaving the room "chabhi kaha hai" .. The tone, the temperament,the hotel altogether needs a new look. I dnt know what people are rating this place 4 plus stars, this doeant even deserve 1. It's not at all clean, its filthy and smelly, bed side was having dust settled since ages. The passage is mostly like store room, so much junk stored therein, neither it looks nice and also attract lot of insects. I m really surprised that they call it a resort. This can't be even a basic hotel and highly disappointed we stayed here. If you still need to book please check the room and then book.
