I recently stayed at your hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made my stay relaxing. The housekeeping staff (Manju and ajendra) was attentive and ensured that the room was always tidy and stocked with essentials. Room service was prompt and the food quality was good. The staff (Anup)was courteous and responsive to requests. However, there is room for improvement in terms of variety on the menu and quicker response times during peak hours. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and would consider staying again. Thank you for your services.

Had a really nice stay at Sterling Balicha! The property is calm and away from the city noise — perfect to just relax. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the swimming pool — clean and well-maintained. We didn’t have breakfast included, but the food we ordered was good. Great spot if you're looking for a peaceful break with a pool to chill in!

I just stayed with my friends. They appreciated a lot before reaching. But once we have entered and till checkout we found its very very nice. Neat and clean property. Staff also very polite. Swimming pool was also very clean. Food was also delicious. Ultimately, must visit the property.

We had stay for 3 days in sterling balicha. Overall experience is excellent. Cleanliness, response and behaviour of staff is amazing. SPA facilities, indoor games, food and swimming pool we enjoyed a lot. Sky deck swimming pool view is mind blowing during evening hours.

Apart from the location this is an amazing property, with prompt and professional staff. The property has a lot to offer, enjoyed my stay here. Wholesome 3 days. Would recommend super premier rooms over suite and classical rooms.

Housekeeping was excellent, Room Services at their best, Food Quality was very very nice and tasty, All the staff members are very polite and cooperative. Only suggestion is to keep door mat near wash area and some carpeting is needed to up grade room quality. Interaction with Ms. Asha was the best.
