Ranbanka Heritage Resort Bhilwara

I recently stayed at Ranbanka heritage resort and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Here are some of the issues I encountered: Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. I found hair in the bathroom and dust on the surfaces. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had not done a thorough job. Noise Levels: The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. It made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Staff Attitude: The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissive. Amenities: The advertised amenities were not available. The place was closed for maintenance, and the gym equipment was outdated and in poor condition. Overall, I expected much more from this place . I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience and will not be returning.

Pretty decent hotel. Good breakfast and really exciting bar-restaurant. Also decent prices. Went with EV and had issue for charging as not many about in Bhilwara. Staff were not much of help that is true for whole Rajasthan I suppose........

However, the housekeeping service fell short of expectations, with delays in response and occasional lapses in cleanliness, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. Despite these minor issues, the resort’s charm, excellent dining options, and prime location make it a memorable stay for those seeking a royal experience in Jodhpur. With improved housekeeping, it has the potential to offer an impeccable experience.

"Today's experience at the resort was appalling. We visited the resort and found all tables booked. The staff suggested we adjust with a small table (with two stools) temporarily, promising to move us when a proper table became available. However, when the waiter came to relocate us, they reneged on their offer and asked us to return to the small table. We ordered pizza, special enchilada, and water, but the service was subpar. They brought water without glasses, pizza without sauce or sizzling, and enchilada without serving or regular spoons. Despite repeated requests, they responded slowly. We felt insulted and extremely disappointed. After waiting 25 minutes for our main course order, we were finally moved to a proper table. We were ready to leave without our main course due to the poor treatment, but we stayed at our friend's request. This experience was truly terrible, with bad staff and the worst service I've ever encountered." Never go there...I would not recommend this property to anyone...

Good place to stay at the the rooms the ambience everything is good the staff was also helpful. Overall experience of the stay was pleasant and the food was also good, i recommend Ranbanka to everyone visiting bhilwara. The hotel gives that old palace feeling but with modern touch.

Was on a road trip from Jaipur to Udaipur and had a one night stay at this luxurious palatial hotel. Have to admit, this was the best stay I had during the entire trip. Loved the ambience during the poolside dinner. Best hotel in Bhilwara in my opinion.

The service at Hotel Ranbanka Heritage is truly top-notch. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests or inquiries. Special mention to Miss. Mahima for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.

Nice Service, Good cleaning, reasonable Price, Breakfast is Good, Bar Facility is expensive .||Nice Garden facility, Staff Behaviour is Good, Lift Facility is Good, Room Size is Superb, Bathroom Size is also Fine.|Bar Facility is more Expensive
