Shagun Resorts, Jodhpur

I had a highly disappointing experience at Shagun Resort. The service was poor, and the staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns. The cleanliness was far from acceptable, and the amenities mentioned on the website were either unavailable or poorly maintained. For the price paid, the quality and experience fell way below expectations. Would not recommend

The experience with this resort wasn't a great one rathee I would consider it a pathetic one! The clothes and accessories provided was the only plus point only because they were clean and good to use otherwise everything else will ruin your experience. The quality of the pool was quiet degraded and maintainanace was even worse, mosquitos and dead insects all over the pool. For sliding you need to carry the sliders yourself upto the third floor (the sliders were torn off as well). The security checks weren't upto the mark as well, the lifeguards weren't at the right place all the time. Some other people also ruined the family environment at times. Talking about the food the evening snacks were edible but the availability of it was not considerable also the food served at night was surely not for humans, the veggies smelt bad and it felt like something rotten. (Not good for health ofcourse) The camel ride and horse ride they offer you are a scam, they would just go round about 10m² area although the electrical ride were enjoyable. All in all the being at this place was a waste of time and waste of money as well! The location is quite on the outskirts as well so please reconsider visiting here, many other resorts provides a way better experience then this one!

Booked us despite marriage having taken place a night before so had tents and chairs covering most of the garden, hence no proper gardens for playing construction is also taking place so not many rides thw food was subpar and service extremely slow.

A very cool place to visit with your family,friends or kids I must say I had a nice experience at shagun resort and staff and service was too polite and helpful for us.

This is a very bad place, it is full of dirt, the toilet stinks, the water pool is dirty. The food is also very bad. Apart from this, they don't know how to manage the guests and it is not a good place at all.

I stayed at Shagun Resorts in Jodhpur and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness and service were exceptional, and the pool party was also fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jodhpur looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Such a bad experience... absolutely poor management....food was totally bad...no cooperation at all...side was under construction...no cleaning at all...very poor horse and camel riding...no entertainment or adventure beside pool....

Very bad experience water park ne naam par ek pool bana rakha hai jisme koi slides nhi hai and No separate changing rooms food was also tasteless unhygienic our money was just wasted please do not visit they only have one big slide
