Hotel Ten 11

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the excellent service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was also excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to any traveler looking for great service and comfortable accommodations.

I loved the experience of staying there, I was there for about 5 days and the staff cared about my needs so well whenever I called on reception my phone was picked up in just some seconds they were so fast to provide me all the facilities, staff behaviour was really very kind and good, polite too I had a talk with the owner also he was so polite to answer all the questions about safety and all. Very safe for females there was no disturbance. First of all they showed me a room before booking which was neat,clean and elegant and the which I got was the same so no difference after and before service. Some hotels try to extort money from us but they were not like that they took money according to the service only. Overall it was all WORTH IT.

The accommodations fell short of expectations in terms of both cleanliness and value. The rooms and bathroom were in a state of disrepair, with dusty floors and visible signs of inadequate housekeeping. Basic amenities were not provided, such as functional batteries for the TV remote. Moreover, the promised internet access was entirely absent upon check-in, directly contradicting the hotel's earlier assurances. This failure to deliver on fundamental services, coupled with a dismissive attitude towards the issue, significantly detracted from the overall experience.

Service is very time consuming, laundary is not available after many calls.Hotel staff is too rude.Call frequently at the time of checkout and ask for room no. and I'd everytime when the person going outside or inside the hotel.

Clean rooms.. rooms are spacious nd neet and clean. Staff behaviour was good

Very untidy feels like to vomit seeing room conditions bedsheets sofa everything had dust insects and dirty marks bathroom was smelling and leaking there are other better hotels nearby in lower rates even they have parking issues only have 3 parking under cctv surveillance no WiFi signal on ground floor only night staff behaviour was good . Whole floor and bed had dust hairs and strains

There is no kind of services, there are only 2 people, one at the reception and one who is a servant, there is no other staff, there is not even a fridge in the room. Room rent is Rs 1500 per person but it is not worth it because there are many such hotels in Rs 1500 which neither have a small refrigerator nor any restaurant. The main thing I forgot to say is that you will ask the reception to show you how is your room, they will show you one room which will seem very nice to you but the rest of the rooms are normal.Whether their AC is not working properly or their TV is in the room which is also not working.
