I.J.K. Kundan Leela Resorts

We recently stayed at IJK Kundan Leela Resort and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the room size was decent, it lacked basic amenities and comfort. The table in our room was broken, and despite being a family of four, we were provided only one towel. When we requested more, we were told to come back at 8 AM the next day—completely unreasonable. There was no hot water in the morning; the excuse given was that it would “warm up once the solar heating kicks in.” That’s not acceptable for a resort stay. The water pressure in the toilet and flush was very low, and the wash basin was poorly designed—the tap was so high that water splashed all over while washing hands. Our key card didn’t work, and instead of replacing it, the front desk staff rudely told us that it was “broken” and demanded Rs. 700 for a new one. Their attitude throughout the stay was unprofessional and unhelpful. To top it off, the room wasn’t cleaned daily, which added to the frustration. Overall, the property is not maintained well, and the service leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this resort until serious improvements are made in both facilities and staff behavior.

I generally don't post negative reviews if the overall stay was ok. In fact this is the first time I'm forced to write a review even though we're faced bad hotels before. But nothing comes close to this mess.||There isn't one positive thing I can say about this hotel. Only that it wasn't in shambles, not outright dirty or stinky. The bare minimum was all we got.||The service is nil, staff courtesy and professionalism is nil. Sheets, pillow covers,blankets, all dirty or used. We asked for extra blanket n sheets, we were refused at first and then provided with dirty,used things. Food wasn't great, no non veg even though non veg is mentioned on the menu. Food is limited and requests are ignored. While I'm writing this, I had asked for tea, was given an empty jug, and now it's been one hour, waiting for a cup of tea. ||During COVID there is no sanitisation, cleaning, mask wearing. There seems to be zero precautions taken.||The location is far from the fort, there are plenty on better hotels nearby fort. ||Do yourself a favour n avoid this hotel like a plague.

Hotel rooms were very spacious. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was ok. Hotel staffs are very polite and their services were very prompt and wait time was not much. Food tastes good and quantity also very good but price was on q bit higher side. Hotel staffs were very helpful. They were able to provide us a good cab for a whole day sightseeing on a short notice. Only drawback was the location. It's bit far away from the main fort and railway station.

The location of the hotel is very bad, quite doogy nested in between a couple of highways, with the"pleasure"to have a toll pay next to, and railway just back with the nasty sound of trains passing 24 hours. The rooms are nice and clean but inside the hotel there is a very cold energy. The food was fresh prepared and good but at the request to get some without chilli and less spices was impossible. The staff was nice and sweet but really not well guided by the manager that was pushing us too much to get extra services. The price is not paid for what y get.

I was here for a 2day trip. Travelling near by areas and Chittorgarh Fort.||When I reached the resort was greeted with welcome drinks. ||I was very tired so decided to rest for a while. Room was comfortable and cozy! Liked the ambiance of the hotel. ||Staff was quite polite and prompt. ||Before leaving for the fort had my lunch in the restaurant below. Food was sumptuous. Particularly Chinese was tasty!||||Their staff Yogesh was quite helpful, in letting me know the place better. Also the places I could visit around Chittorgarh!||Overall a happy trip experience.
