I stayed for two days and did not see any staff available for assistance. The rooms were very dirty, and I couldn't even find a room number tag on display. Hygiene and sanitation were significant issues. I didn’t notice any CCTV cameras or security guards, and none of the rooms were connected to the main reception. Wild stray dogs and cats were roaming the entire property, and the fixtures and furniture were in poor condition. No toiletries were provided. In short, this property and its management are not capable of properly accommodating guests. I would give it zero stars.

Spacious open property with amazing taste near pushkar temple and market. Swimming pool is best. Rooms are also beat and clean with perfect hospitality.

The scenery was great, but the facilities were pretty terrible. Me and my group spent abou two nights in pushkar and we barely had internet. The water also cut off at various times. I was dealing with extreme food poisoning and I couldn't even take a proper shower or use the bathroom room properly because the water shut off. When we arrived everything was Dusty. The floors outside where Dusty and our room floors were Dusty as well. My toilet seat was loose too. The weirdest part was when a staff member tried to open my door without knocking. They turn the door knob slowly, and when I went out to check all he said was "sorry". The location is pretty beautiful, the outside looks pretty decent, but this place needs a major upgrade amd renovations. The food wasn't bad, but the menu was limited. They also ran out of food at certain points, which is disappointed because it was to be included and we paid so much. 2/5

Situated in the outskirts of the Pushkar town, but very near to the Pushkar Terminus railway station. Surrounding outside places are basically dunes and lonely, the famous Brahma temple is just 5 mins away by car. The inside of the property is spacious, so as the rooms. Food quality is standard, but the number of staffs are very less, hence on-time service at rooms might get delayed. But the staffs are very polite and helpful at all time. Overall a nice stay with family for one night.

It was one of the worst hotels I have recently visited. I am a frequent traveller. The hotel is under renovation. Ideally, they should stop accepting guests while work is going on. They lacked basic amenities, such as a phone and refrigerator in the room. If you had to call anyone for anything, you need to call the person from your mobile evertime. The breakfast was charged to us for three days for two adults, while there was no buffet in either of the three days (they were serving among the few options they were offering that day). Not at all value for money. The walls were damp, the room was sticky. Overall not a good experience at all, even it was far off from the city, considering Pushkar being a small town. The staff in under trained, nit well equipped and manage is arrogant.

zero maintenance. Water logging in the bathrooms, taps coming into our hands while using. Commods flush was also not working properly. There was no proper hot water facility. Cleaning service was very poor had to remind multiple times to clean common area and rooms. The floor tiles on steps were broken chances of falling is high. TV was also not working. No wifi and intercom facility was also not available. It was difficult to contact the facility person. No proper response from the management.
