Desert Retreat Camp Jaisalmer

Thakur the manager, had been quite accomodating. The camp is filled with delightful activity, humourous staff that provides good service and Rajasthani cuisine The dancing activity during high tea was quite enjoyable. It being a camp inside desert area, the night star gazing had been beautiful this camp staff and food is very best you came to Jaisalmer than visit this camp

If you ever come to visit Jaisalmer, then come to the retreat camp in Jaisalmer. The arrangement here is very good and the staff here is also very good. I had a lot of fun in Jaisalmer and I will plan to visit here next year too.

People are so opretive and soft in a tone. In a minimum price they provided us best service I have ever seen in my. Staff members are very familiar. Camel safari was best. DJ night was lit. You can come with anyone I bet you will never disappoint.

We stayed for one night at Desert retreat. It was a wonderful stay. The room was cozy with a large floor mounted Air Conditioner with both hot and cold function. The food was also excellent and very tasty. They arranged dinner by the dunes for us and it was very memorable. Overall a great experience on all counts.

The place is clean and well organized. It’s like a five-star hotel. The staff are also very friendly. Some of them are students doing part-time jobs so they We were there in November and it was pretty cold at night, so you need to make sure you have heavy clothes. However, there are electric heating blankets in the beds, so you would be super warm when you go to sleep

Good hospitality by the camp authorities. We had booked Jeep Safari and camel ride directly through the camp. We enjoyed the safari and camel ride and were brought back only when we were satisfied. There was a cultural program in the evening followed by DJ which was enjoyed by all. The food served for dinner and breakfast was authentic traditional rajasthani meals. It's a great place to come with friends or family.

Awesome experience and extremely kind staff, I could comfortably rely on them during my entire stay in Rajasthan travelling to different cities with a little kid having very meagre proficiency in Hindi. They are so considerate and treat you like family. The camel safari and jeep safari was at a quieter place wherein you could have a more relaxed time when compared to desert retreat camp Good service 👍 Cash Solanki

Felt good after reaching there ...didn’t get traditional welcome but never the less rooms and washrooms were clean and evening tea snacks were also okay (can be better). Then They took us to sunset point in sand dunes, that was the perfect place to be. There also they arranged tea water not snacks, which could have been done, but the view for sunset was awesome and my daughter played there for about 1 hour, then it was getting cold in desert so we came back to camp and there we have gala dinner program. That was nicely arranged and snacks were also good drinks were available on paid basis, not too much hyped prices ...but the soft drinks should have been complimentary, the cultural program was nicely arranged with Sandhya anchor, she was also good at her job, then the program came to end after a buffet dinner and we came back to our tents, next day breakfast was also nicely arranged and staff was also courteous and served well.
