by seeing online photos and reviews hotel seemed good at first but as we reached there we had such a bad experience with this hotel that no one could imagine there was mosquito all over the room and other insects tooo there was noo hot water fot bath and there were electric current coming from the water in the morningggg the was also not proper it was stale ii would like too inform people that pls do not go too this hotel its just a nightmare and would be waste of money. Very very bad experience Please don’t book this hotel Very horrible experience Dirty bathroom Electric current in tap water when we complained he said that no electrician available

Location and service were amazing. Great staff! We booked the cottage and it was not well maintained. 1. Curtain and curtain rod fell on me. 2. Wash basin was broken, handle came out 3. Washbasin pipe was also out 4. There was dust, it was not clean 5. Food wasn’t good Most importantly, they should maintain the rooms and keep the clean for a good experience.

The resort often posts professional photos and questionable reviews to attract tourists. Please don't be misled by their images and avoid the Gateway Cottage rooms. Other more expensive rooms might be better, but overall, the resort is just slightly above average.||As an eight-year-old property, its infrastructure is visibly deteriorating, especially in the bathrooms. The bed linens had dirty spots, so it's advisable to bring your own bedsheets and something to place under the duvet.||They have a swimming pool, but it's more for their professional photography and is practically useless.||The best part is the cooperative staff, who pride themselves on their service. We requested to change rooms after dinner, and they promptly accommodated us.

Very good sarvice mr girdhari We travelled to Jaisalmer It was just me and my Wife , Comfort is always a priority. we booked the Comfort Stay Room and it was worth each penny Room was very neat & tidy along with huge clean washroom) with all the amenities more than expected just like any 5 star resort.. The complete property was so well maintained and lit after visiting I felt I could have booked for more days as one night is not enough to be in such an amazing property and place. The Jeep Safari was an exhilarating experience and the halt on the dunes viewing the sun go down was an absolute wow experience , we also enjoyed the desert bike ride Last but not least their Food it was so to wow and yummy with extravagant varieties all the time. From high tea spread till morning breakfast the delicacies were unlimited and delicious and cherry on top the performances of artists & cultural programs were so beautifully organized in Desert gateway Resort. Me & my wife felt like we could have booked for more days. Minimum 3 nights is must to stay in this property maximum as per your convenience you will not get single moment of boredom. They have very elegant staff, safe and secure property I’m highly recommending Desert gateway Resort at SAM sand dunes, Jaisalmer

The overall experience was above expectation, with Mr Gridhar and his team managing the safari and cultural program very well. There was no issue on the support and amenities with delicious food for snacks, dinner and breakfast.

Pathetic service Rooms are very poor. Don't judge rooms on photos. No cleaniness. Food is very bad. Recommend to book a branded name for tents other u will be cheated.
