stayed at Elite heritage camp with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The resort is peaceful, clean, and perfect for spending quality time together. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, ( khedu bhai )always ready to assist when needed. The facilities were great for families, and the overall atmosphere made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Best experience staying here. Safari is very adventurous, enjoyed alot. Recommend to everyone. Staff is really very helpful, everyone is ready to help. Very soft spoken every staff. Incredible hospitality and an unforgettable birthday in the desert! We stayed at the elite heritage camp for 4 nights. The property itself is massive and spacious, with a with desert side inside. While you have to keep in mind that this is a remote desert location with limited availability of resources—so you shouldn't expect luxury "world-class" resort standards—the service we received was truly great for the setting. The absolute best part of our stay was the staff. They are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and treated us just like family. There were absolutely no hidden costs or extra charges for water bottles, special requests, or room adjustments. They also went completely out of their way to celebrate my birthday. They managed the near-impossible task of sourcing fresh flowers out in the desert to surprise us with beautiful room decor and arranged a wonderful special dinner for my wife and me. To give an honest picture for , there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The food is strictly vegetarian with a fixed menu for breakfast, snacks and dinner, which unfortunately repeated daily. The desert surroundings give a peaceful and relaxing feeling. The food was tasty and had good variety. The cultural programs in the evening were enjoyable. Camel ride and desert safari were fun experiences. The resort is perfect for family and couples. The overall atmosphere was calm and refreshing.
