"Had an amazing experience at this safari resort in Jaisalmer! The desert safari was exciting, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the cultural program in the evening was enjoyable. The tents were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with plenty of options. Watching the sunset over the sand dunes was the highlight of the trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaisalmer and looking for an authentic desert experience."

Staying at Hilton Heritage Resort – Jaisalmer Desert Camp was an absolutely wonderful experience. The camp is beautifully maintained and located right in the heart of the desert, offering a truly authentic and peaceful atmosphere. The tents are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with well-equipped attached washrooms. The staff deserves special mention—they are extremely polite, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.

FRAUD & MISLEADING PROPERTY This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I booked Hilton Heritage Resort, Jaisalmer through MakeMyTrip, but after reaching the property, I realized that nothing matched the photos or description shown online. The property is highly misrepresented and appears to be operating under multiple names, including “Desert Overnight Camp”, which itself is extremely suspicious. There is no proper hotel name displayed anywhere. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff and manager started demanding extra money, giving completely illogical and baseless excuses. Even for basic necessities like a fan and clean drinking water, they kept making excuses and provided nothing. After I shared images with MakeMyTrip support, instead of resolving the issue, my booking was cancelled, leaving me helpless at the property. While leaving, the manager forcefully demanded ₹500 for “room cleaning”, despite the fact that: I did not use any room amenities The room was untouched This charge was never mentioned anywhere This incident completely spoiled my anniversary, wasted my entire day, caused mental stress, and forced me to search for another hotel at 6:00 PM. This property is clearly cheating customers and should be immediately removed / blacklisted from trusted booking platforms. I strongly warn others: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY unless you want harassment, hidden charges, and ruined plans.

Worst experience. The management doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Even after repeatedly asking for drinking water, they never provided it. I stayed for 3 days and they served the same food every day. On top of that, the hot water geyser didn’t work throughout my stay.
