Ozaki Desert Camp Jaisalmer

I had a pleasant stay at Ozaki desert cemp during my visit to Jaisalmer. The overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The room service was excellent special thanks to Mr. Faruq bhai , who was extremely courteous and attentive. He ensured that everything I needed was provided promptly, which made my stay even better. The food quality and taste were impressive, offering a good variety and authentic flavors. The location of the camp is also excellent, giving easy access to the desert activities and offering a scenic, peaceful atmosphere. The only issue I faced was a shortage of water supply in the morning at the time of checkout, which caused a slight inconvenience. However, apart from that, everything else was well managed. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ozaki desert Camp for its great service, delicious food, and beautiful setting

This hotel is pathetic in its service to its customers..we had made booking through agoda few days before the stay and when we reached the place from 600kms away, during check in they refused saying they are not accepting bookings from agoda. They asked us to cancel the booking then and there and to book from Make My trip. When I tried calling the hotel owner/ manager he dint facilitate us in any way rather during the discussion told me that theirs is not the only hotel in the area and asked us to book elsewhere. It was rather rude and unwelcoming on their part to treat their customers. They had accepted the booking made by us on agoda but till we reached there they never informed that our booking will not be accepted. The whole episode caused a lot of discomfort and problems for us. Finally we had to cancel our booking and look for other hotel at a higher price. Please don't go to this place. You can find much better places at lower or similar places with better facilities, better treatment to customers and better location. Overall a very horrible experience at this place. Please avoid.

Oh my god, we had the worst possible experience with this camp, BEWARE!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. We saw good reviews for this camp in Sam sand dunes location in Jaisalmer and booked through MakeMyTrip. Our booking included lunch/dinner and breakfast. When we showed up there, the camps were nothing like the images. The tent was dirty with ashes on table and carpet. But the worst was the bathroom, they had definitely not cleaned it in forever. On top of it no water and electricity. We suffered an afternoon in the heat without any way to fresh up and somehow managed to book a desert safari with a good jeep driver. This is when things took a scary turn, a co-ordinator guy barged in our room with out even asking, even though I was getting ready and demanded an OTP which gives him access to our booking through makeMyTrip. He after hearing we have already booked the desert safari from someone else got visibly mad and went out and started shouting at others. We had tried them on call the whole day before coming and no one had picked up, so naturally we booked the safari with someone else. And then there was no locks to the rooms and no one else staying in the came except me and my husband. It was then we decided to not stay here any longer as we felt extremely unsafe in that location. There were no cultural programs or anything, and location of the camp was so remote. We booked a cab and left from here as soon as possible. Then few other people we met explained to us that only bikers or party boys go here and this place was utterly unsuitable for families, they actually get violent with other drivers who come to pick up passengers from their camp. After all this we come back a few days later to see someone has posted a 5 star rating from my MakeMyTrip to this Ozaki desert camp. We were so puzzled. Then figured out that the OTP they took from us to manage and edit our booking was for this scam. That's how they have good ratings, cause they force people to add them to the booking which no other place does and then give themselves a rating. I was not able to edit the review also and currently raising a complaint with makemytrip about this. I never give such a lengthy review but I want to warn others not to see the reviews and go here!!

Ozaki desert cemp is very good palace for vegetarians, Neat, and clean tents and attached washroom with each tent. Food was also good, staff was courteous and they arrange for jeep / camel to visit the sand dunes. Every night, they arrange cultural program which was very nice. All the performances were really great! specially thanks mr..daud bhai साफ सुथरा बड़ा टेंट ,साफ सुथरा वाशरूम, शाकाहारी भोजन और मृदुभाषी स्टाफ..

Last night I am staying ozaki desert cemp with my family tent is very need and clean and staff service is great and here culture program is awesome and food quality is very good jeep safari cemal safari ride is most beautiful specially thanks my friend daud bhai daud bhai is great person my experience is very good 👍🏼 please visit ozaki desert cemp 🙏🏼💖
