We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sterling Ratan Villas, Jawai. The property is beautifully maintained with spacious and cozy rooms, modern amenities, and a very calm atmosphere surrounded by nature. The poolside area and gardens are simply perfect to relax and enjoy peaceful moments😍 The food experience was excellent 😋 – from breakfast to lunch and dinner, everything was fresh, delicious, and served with warmth. The variety and quality exceeded expectations👌👌 The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the stay even more special. The safari experience and connection with nature added a unique charm to the trip. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing getaway. Beautiful resort with lots of amenities, tasty food and super friendly staff. Check-in was really smooth which we appreciated. We stayed in a 2BHK family suite – quite spacious and clean. Just felt there could be more than one full-length mirror (there was only one in the master bedroom).Also, it would be better if the housekeeping team informed guests before entering for cleaning, especially when the room is locked from outside, instead of opening it directly. Overall, we had a great stay!"

Brilliant property with excellent hygiene and maintenance. The staff is humble and the hospitality is truly commendable. The central pool is especially beautiful and adds great charm to the property. Every corner is neat, clean, and well-kept. A perfect place for a relaxing stay — highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Sterling Ratan Villas, Jawai, and overall, it was a beautiful and peaceful experience. The ambience was great, and the surroundings were truly eye-catching. The food was delicious, though our first-day experience wasn’t the best – we had to wait around 1.5 hours for lunch, which was frustrating. However, after that, their hospitality was excellent. The room was beautiful, cozy, and relaxing, adding to the comfort of our stay. However, the room lock was a bit difficult to use, making it hard to lock from the outside. The swimming pool wasn’t clean on the first day, but by the second day, it was well-maintained. One disappointing experience was with our safari booking. We had booked an evening safari, but when we arrived, they told us it wasn't available, and we had to take a morning safari instead. This lack of coordination was frustrating. Overall, it was a nice stay with a mix of experiences—some inconveniences but also great moments of comfort and hospitality. If they improve their service consistency, it would be an even better experience!

I recently stayed at The Sterling Ratanvillas Jawai Resort in a private villa with a pool by the fields, and it was amazing! The villa was spacious, nicely decorated, and had great views of the fields. The private pool was a perfect place to relax and immerse in the tranquil ambiance and sounds of nature. The room was cleaned every day, keeping it spotless. The restaurant served delicious food with many choices. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive particularly Ravi, always greeting me with a warm smile and eager to assist with any request. The peaceful location, surrounded by green trees and the calming sound of the birds, made it a perfect escape from busy city life. I highly recommend this tropical themed resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Jawai. I can't wait to come back to this little piece of paradise.
