One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The room was filthy, clearly not cleaned — I even found a strange insect crawling around. The toilet flush didn’t work, and the place was full of dust and stains. The pictures shown online are a complete scam — the actual room didn’t match even 5% of what was promised. To make things worse, there’s no lift in the hotel, and my room was on the third floor. I was traveling with a 5-month-old infant, and the hotel staff refused to help carry the luggage to the reception or the room. The service boy flat-out denied any assistance, showing zero responsibility or basic courtesy. This place is completely mismanaged, unhygienic, and unsafe. It should be reported to tourism and health authorities. Do not stay here — no matter how attractive their website or pricing may look.

If there is option of given star rating in minus then I was definitely gave. We had booked this resort with a friends group but the service was very pathetic and very bad condition of rooms and bed. Their service is very poor . please never go there . They have not returned our money (15000 rs.) as promised by them in return on mail as well as notes with sign & stamp. Maintainance is zero in their resort.They only want earn money but not want to invest and maintain.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS HOTEL I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. They CONFIRMED A REFUND — but NEVER PAID IT. It’s been weeks, and now they’re NOT PICKING UP CALLS or responding. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. The room was DIRTY — the BED SHEETS had stains and were clearly not cleaned properly. The INTERCOM DIDN’T WORK, so I couldn’t even reach reception. Other guests were ARGUING with staff just to get BASIC DRINKING WATER. Unbelievable. This place is a mess — BAD SERVICE, UNCLEAN ROOMS, BROKEN FACILITIES, and ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. ❌ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Terrible experience, completetly unprofessional behaviour. They have two locations, we booked resort from what you have seen from photos but booked rooms in different location. Now when you want to use swimming pool, take lunch or dinner you have to go to other locations and rooms are in different locations. They have given written note and e-mail for refund amount but not received and not picking up phone call Did not recommended this resort.

Excellent superb we have visited last month the stay was pleasent at the property the staff here is very polite and helpful specially vinod. Manager name hukam singh was vey kind and polite highly recommended nature garden pool side and river we enjoy water fall and evening dj night is most enjoyable thanks aaram baagh team

The rooms are good , and is best for business trips and work trips but not for families as the food is the main problem here !!! The location and vibes are positive you can get your personal villas but ... If coming with a family food can be a major concern

One of the highlights is the nearby waterfall, which adds to the charm and makes for a great spot to relax and unwind. However, the service at the resort was disappointing – the staff was unhelpful, and the food quality was below expectations. Despite the breathtaking surroundings and the waterfall, the lack of proper service affected the overall experience. If management improves, this place could be a true gem for nature lovers.
