Hotel rooms are pretty bad. Not worth the money at all. Their AC does not work well. Food is pathetic. I would strongly recommend NOT TO USE this resort for any purpose at all. Staff and manager behavior was absolutely unprofessional. Their staff even misbehave with the guest. They can ask for ransom from you, so, be careful.

A mediocre hotel with much mismanagement, room were not ready till 2.30PM. Room are old traditional type, non-ventilated. Toiletries were old fashioned and cleaning of bathrooms were not proper, towels were old and mirror, floor was not good. Behavioral aspect of management was totally unprofessional, as we have planned through a event management team, we had some dispute with them. But hotel management has taken hostage our one last leaving mate for sake of event team. Very unprofessional and non-ethical response from Hotel. Just not justified in any sense.

I, recently visited the resort under booking through Event Manager . First of all it is not a resort as the name indicates. It is a hotel only. On arrival, room provided by them ( Room no 325) was of very poor infrastructure. There was piller in between the room area and no window/Ventilation was provided in room so it gives a feeling like Air conditioned Jail. After so many request they agree to change the room but tariff of previous room was also charged by them . Floor in front of some rooms were rough (No floor tiles) so it was hidden below carpates. No remote was provided for TV so every time to switch on the TV, you have to call reception to send the staff along with remote of TV. On the day of departure when all of us (except one colleague with family ) checked out of hotel, they strategically misbehaved with last family to check -out & demanded Rs 50000 for so-called outstanding of Event Manager. When outstanding belong to the Event Manager how they can stop any guest for checking out the hotel ? So in collaboration with the Event Manager they have charged 50000 rs extra from the guest. Such unethical behaviour is not expected from a hotel in Udaipur City famous for royal hospitality for tourists and wedding s.

We stayed at this hotel as a part of a 100 people Group. It's an average hotel, not a resort. Towels were really old, toileteries were bad. The worst part was how they handled one of our friend who stayed at this hotel. Our booking was through an event management company, the hotel might have had some dispute with them. But they held our friend as a hostage to settle the payment issue they had with the event management company !!

This resort has located outside of Udaipur city, so problem of connectivity is there. The service part is very poor particularly room service. Rooms are not very good, toilets are shabby and smells. Not recommended.

I chose this hotel based on the positive reviews I saw on TripAdvisor, but I was astonished by the actual experience. The bed linens were dirty, the plaster and paint on the walls were peeling, and the tables and chairs were dusty. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and despite the room service being acceptable, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room were far below my expectations. I am deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Old fashioned rooms. Toilets are not so spacious. Food is excellent in taste and quality..The location is on the outskirts and far from the places of sight seeing...The staff is courteous..Overall an average property

The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and the equipments in bathroom were not working properly. It was smelling bad around the lobby. The water in the swimming pool was also not clean. But the food was amazing and the staff was also a friendly one .
