The staff and the hotel were amazing. They epitomized amazing service and courtesy that was unmatched. Very impressed with everything and everyone, though make sure you take a coat if you're going to go for dinner on the rooftop during December as it's a bit colder than you would think. You really want to stay at Fateh Niwas. It is an experience you don't want to miss. Thanks to all the staff who took care of us so well.

Very beautiful hotel with stunning views of Udaipur. The hotel is an oasis and just a place to enjoy a relaxing stay. The staff is very friendly, helpful and the food at the hotel is absolutely delicious! My only complaint is that the hot water is lacking during peak usage times like in the morning before breakfast so it made taking hot showers a bit of a task. But I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was a great stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor grounds were beautiful so we got some really good pics. Definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

This was a wonderful hotel. The workers were very polite and attentive. I felt welcome and treated like family. Rooms were neat and clean. I found beautiful cloths and jewelry at the hotel. Better prices here than at the stores. Food was good. Also, they provided western food if you wanted a change The grounds of the hotel were well kept.

Great hotel! The rooms were luxurious and spacious. Our room had a fantastic view of the mountains. The rooftop pool and restaurant is great, and there is a fantastic view of the city. However, the hotel is a little farther from the city center than we wanted.

We had the pleasure of staying at this unique and wonderful hotel a few weeks ago, a group of 10 of us in total. From the moment we were welcomed to the the time we left we were made to feel very special. The hotel itself is beautiful but, what made it extra special is that the staff go out of there way to make sure that all your needs are catered for. The food and drinks in the restaurant was amazing also. If we are in this part of the world again, I would not hesitate to stay again. Well done to all the team for a fantastic experience.

Great place, in a serene setting, with peaceful grounds for walks, with ample parking for personal cars, this makes for a peaceful stay at Udaipur. The place is well put together with marble flooring, and decorative pieces giving an old world charm. Service is immaculate, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The chef personally checks in to ensure that we're satisfied with the food. The restaurant and front desk staff are amazing, great at conversations, and helpful for any requests or complaints and ensure timely closure, along with follow up. The rooftop restaurant is great for spending relaxing evenings with coffee or mocktails, with views of the lake and palace. Breakfast and dinner are great, and have a good variety. It's a great place to relax and unwind. The staff are amazing and elevate the experience at the place. Keep up the good work!
