The Jagat Hotel And Spa Udaipur - 4 Star Luxury City Center Hotel

Things that worked well: 1. We didn't face any issues with check-in and check-out and overall process was smooth. 2. Property was decent. 3. Breakfast was decent. Things that didn't worked well: 1. We were 2 adults and 1 child when we booked the room; however, the bed was queen bed and it made it very uncomfortable for us to sleep at night. Even when we requested to update the room with bigger bed, it was not allowed and we had to manage it for 3 nights. 2. While the hotel claims to be 4 star, room didn't had toiletries for guest and we had to request the same.

This hotel was a complete disappointment, with the worst service I've ever encountered. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Despite several requests, they failed to provide spoons with our food. When we asked for room cleaning, the washroom was neglected, and we were given used shampoo and shower gel bottles. The staff seemed more interested in taking tips than providing proper service. Our stay was further ruined by loud music from an adjacent room. Although we asked the reception to address the noise, they did nothing until we threatened to call the police. Even then, the problem was only partially resolved.

My experience at The Jagat was one of the finest. The rooms were exceptionally clean and luxurious, providing a comfortable and elegant stay. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering excellent service throughout my stay. The food was delicious and true to authentic Rajasthani flavors, which made the dining experience memorable. Additionally, the variety in the complimentary breakfast was impressive, adding to the overall quality of the stay. Overall, the stay at The Jagat is quite recommendable.

The staff was friendly and helpful to us. The room was of premium quality. It was very nice property and swimming pool was top notch. It was pleasant experience to stay here. The food was hygienic

Two couples of friends traveling around India. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. Air conditioning unmanageable, 16 degrees inside and 37 outside, we all got sick. The guy at the bar is very nice and kind, he explained to us that it is his temporary job because he is studying agriculture and we wish him the best. As for the hotel restaurant TERRIBLE, the guy who takes the orders was so rude as to give the menu to the two boys and leave me (a woman) without a menu, first they serve the men and then MAYBE the women, rude and intrusive as he continued to rush us to get the orders, furthermore disorganization reigns supreme despite there being 7 people in the room the things asked for arrive wrong and slowly. The food is full of garlic and spices, inedible. I recommend just sleeping there And no more.

Worst experience at Jagat hotel in my entire Rajasthan trip... Zero hygiene...my washroom drain was clogged and the entire washroom got filled with water... We stayed for 02 days and there was no room cleaning... The person came to clean the room in our absence but left the garbage lying as it is.. the hospitality was not at allgood.. worst experience..I will never ever recommend it to anyone

This place is so nice and good for family and solo trip the view of rooftop is so nice and the food is so delicious 😋 and also the behaviour of all staf is also so good I will advice all my friends to visit in this hotel.

Food quality was so goo. The staff was very cooperative, especially Dalpat Singh ji was so cooperative, courteous personnel. and especially for we are with our kid he is taking care of her food as per her need.highly recommended place. It will be great if they fine tune their Breakfast options. Thanks!
