The hotel was fabulous. Gorgeous views and incredible service. Rachael was the best. She came to my room to help pin me into a sari for an important event. She was professional, helpful, patient and wonderful. The shop at the hotel was also beautiful. Sulochana was super helpful and provided lovely support.

One rarely experiences such open & natural ambience in a commercial venture. Building details are perfectly matching with the glorious historical tradition of bye gone era of Rajasthan. Hospitality is unmatched. Services are bit laid back.

Had gone for dinner in Oberoi ... Hospitalality is top notch... Ambience and the property is overwhelming... Although ,Food can be a little better.. but they do provide good complimentary stuff- initially Papads, khakra and lastly dessert.... so the service was good overall

We had an amazing stay at this property, from its hotel staff to it services to the rooms, everything was made to suit ones every need..all our needs were well catered by the hotel and cannot recommend more!

Definitely a must-do on your Udaipur itinerary. Unfortunately, the restaurants were booked out and we couldn't dine in, but the staff were fantastic and arranged for starters/finger food at the bar, which was also amazing. The place has an almost magical feel to it, and is quite a few notches above similar properties in Rajasthan.

We went for lunch and an afternoon cocktail. The grounds at this resort are beautifully kept and the views of the Lake are just as beautiful.
