Sterling Jaisinghgarh - Udaipur

One of the better tie up properties of Sterling. Sterling Jaisinghgarh is a medium sized hotel with a small pool and rooftop terrace restaurant. Rooms are decently appointed, large in size and offer most amenities any traveller will need.||The restaurant is easily the jewel in the crown of this hotel and we'll worth paying for even if they need you to prepay for meals in advance. A special shout out to Amit and Kritik for making our dining experiences so much more special with their customized service. We enjoyed our study here thoroughly and would recommend this hotel to others with a couple of suggestions. Some minor issues included a roach and a lizard in the room, and being offered a room in a separate wing at the end. We suggest insisting on getting a room on the first floor of the main building as these are the best rooms in the hotel.||Pro tip - If you have prepaid for your meals, make sure you call the restaurant in advance. Speak to Amit or Kritik to organize a special meal for you like Dal bati churma, etc and they will do so. Their dal bati was the best we've had in the city and a good option to consider if you are dining at the hotel.

It’s literally a guesthouse with the Sterling branding It is NOT a Sterling standard hotel. Absolutely zero hotel experience - from the entrance/ reception to your room. In fact, we were escorted to our room through a private parking area. Breakfast spread was average, quality/ taste was very poor. There were few stale items (sausages, bakery, South Indian chutneys) on both days we had breakfast. Room was spacious ( the only plus point) but the bathroom was as basic as it gets with rust clearly visible. Even basic amenities like a hairdryer , slippers etc (mentioned in their listing) were missing. There was no plug point in the bathroom. Cleanliness-wise, used plates from our room service remained outside our room even on Day 3 (when we checked out). Staff on service was fine. Location wise it’s good , but you will find more hotel options on that road for your money’s worth.

The hospitality of the restaurant staff is unparalleled. I probably ate the best food at the hotel than at any other place recommended by Google/zomato. |Chef Ajay’s dal Mewari, shev tamatar ki sabji, kofta was to die for. The icing on the cake was the gatte ki sabji. It was a combination of great culinary skills and pure love for food. My two big bowls homemade gulkand icecream probably says a lot for how much I really enjoyed the food!|The staff- Kritik, Amit, Sudeshna are probably the most delightful people i have met. The way they have taken care of me and my family during our stay speaks volumes of not just their training but the lovely people that they innately are. |10/10 would recommend :)

My wife and her friends had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Sterling Udaipur. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and they thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food that was served throughout their stay. The hotel’s pool provided a refreshing retreat, where they spent many relaxing moments. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists, with popular attractions just a few kilometers away and easily accessible. What stood out the most was the sense of safety and security they felt during their stay, making it a truly peaceful experience. Overall, Hotel Sterling Udaipur offers a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting beautiful city of lakes - Udaipur.

Friendly staff|Great service |Nice rooms. ||Kritik and Nutan and Sudeshan were very helpful with food and ideas and very social, always smiling. ||Chef Ajay and Mahinder made great food and even came to ensure we were happy. ||Lock on the room was cool (big brass camel)

We stayed at Jainsinghgarh for three days, and the hotel is located in a great spot and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and the rooms were spacious, featuring beautiful palace-like decor. Since we booked three rooms, we were given a private common area, which added to our comfort. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, though the food was decent but on the expensive side. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a nice ambience and comfortable accommodations.

Rooms were nice and room service was good. They didn’t informed us in advance that kitchen will be close at 10:30. We called them around 10 asking for something. They make us wait for 30-40 minutes and after waiting for this much time. They told us that kitchen is closed we can’t help you.

I was here for an official trip with my kids. Entire day my kids were at hotel well taken care by the staff. We really enjoyed our stay. I strongly recommend if you are here with your family. Food is made as per your choice and liking. Staff is very cordial and professional. All the sightseeing places are very close by. Which I could do with my family after returning from work in the evening. Centrally located!!
