Spirit Residency

Room: we booked 2 deluxe room but both are very old and common. Not provided basic things like toilet paper. Location: It is far away from city and there is no option for shopping or restaurant near by. Restaurant: Restaurant food is good. Service: expecting quick service in room. We kept our dinner plates outside door and nobody came to pick for the whole day.

Good Food & Sweet spoken Staff but Room was Bad. We stayed in room no 104. Bathroom floor tiles broken, no holder to keep flush gun. Flush tank was not working. Pouring water by bucket to flush. Room not checked properly before giving to customer. No kettle for hot water. When asked twice finally we rec'd at evening. Tea bag and sugar was kept but no milk powder sachet were kept. Need to check room before hand over. I hope hotel officials will take this positively and will work on above things.

Am Tourist. This property spirit Residency, I booked online but find not "value for money" though it's in IT Park area. Practical Issues - 1. Compact Room n Small Size Bathroom. 2. No Hot Water in Bathroom or limited toiletries 3. No Cab or No Vehicle or No Transportation for City or other Tourist places. Noone come to pick up or drop. While staff is very good n supportive, owner take care of everyone, pure veg restaurant, still practical issues as above need to be looked into before online booking.

The hotel is very good and the service is also good but the location is a little outside the city. There is no market area near the hotel and the hotel does not have any safe parking.

Very good property located close to highway. Manager Mr Shoorveer Singh is really polite and professional in his job and was there to provide correct guidance for our vacation at udaipur. Food is also good and at reasonable pricing

We stayed here with our office staff everything was on point . Manager and staff here managed everything very nicely food was very nice rooms were comfy services were awesome .. must visit one should stay here id you are thinking to take a stay
