Poor room cleanliness, including dirty sheets, dusty surfaces, and filthy bathrooms, Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff, rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere

I will consider this as 3 star hotel/resort Within good price range we enjoyed pool, Stay and dinner with family. We can consider this as family friendly place.

The most pathetic stay anyone can have. I would have rated it minus if it was possible. Don't go by the pictures you see online. The service is too lazy. The staff is too lazy and rude too. They lack professionalism. Totally waste of time and money. The property is too old and not maintained at all. Bedsheets, pillow covers, chairs, curtains everything is full of dust and rust. Words are not enough to write the true review of this property. Just don't go at all.

Pathetic. Never ever go there. This was a hopeless place. Rooms very dirty and cheap. Food very limited options. Food quality extremely sub standard. Swimming pool not at all usable. Spa does not exist. Gym is only on paper.

The worst ever experience, this is the hotel without the reception. No amenities, no service nothing was there. It's only the location is good but won't recommend.
