Park Exotica Resort Udaipur

This property is decent but little old and it's located away from the main city area. In Udaipur, it's ideal to stay near the lake for a better experience. They have a nice pool and lawn, but the at the kids' play area everything is rusted and poorly maintained. The cottage we were assigned was quite old, with water leaking from the AC and when we unplugged a charger, the entire switchboard came out. While the food was good, the restaurant manager was rude, arrogant, and not customer-friendly. Additionally, the reception rarely answers calls.

Visited second time. Date of visit OCTOBER 2024 LOCATION: Very Far from the main city. The nearest place is Lake Fatehsagar. The road to the resort was little risky. It might be risky and dangerous to go in the late night. ROOMS: Below average quality rooms. Even after paying high amount there was lack of basic amenities in Block D rooms. Like Geyser was not working and we were without warm water even after complaining about it. There was no help. They don't have good quality of locks on the rooms.My room's lock was broken. SERVICE: Lacking professionalism in the staff. No smile, no facial expressions. They were like depressing people. In others hotels I visited they worked with energy and make feel guests lively. FOOD: Very costly ala carte menu. For breakfast, they don't arrange buffet on week days and for less number of guests. Founded a hair in the sambhar. So, please be careful in breakfast. GAMES: The big NEGATIVE for this resort as compared to others is THERE IS NO GAME ROOM. Even after such a big property and high rents there was no game room. However, they provided normal games in the rooms like carrom, badminton if there are less number of guests. SWIMMING POOL: Poor quality of water. And if the number of guests are lower they didn't operate swimming pool. Visited second time with high expectations,but it was not satisfactory.

Rooms and views are wonderful. Service is also good. You can consider this resort for family as well.

worst experience In winter season don't select this resort..there are no heater available &rooms are very cold Staff was not cooperative, when we share our problem they said we can't refund your money, we had to check out in night because of too much cold enjoyed all our money

Very good food and staff very sporting Ankit kasana & piyush yadav . Food is very delicious and yummy. Specially muffins are v good loved it. Ambience 8s pleasant. I would recommend thjs resort as it is highly appreciated. Great experience with this team, I and my family especially liked their food taste and their staff behaviour. I really look forward to have a visit again here soon.
