Lazo Avarta Resort and Convention centre Pondicherry

The highlight of this place are the rooms. The rooms were very well maintained and clean with clean towels and bed linen. The bathroom was also fairly large and neat with good running hot water shower. You can get studio type or suite with extra space and kitchen facilities. However this place lacks good quality facilities for children's activities. A somewhat decent swimming pool is a plus, but it was not clean when we arrived. Lots of open space for cricket and other outdoor games. A bit of a walk, about 1km to the beach, through some narrow roads. Other wise a let down. More games and activities have to be included in this place

The environment was quite comfortable and clean. The staffs were incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the Manager Mr.Alex made us very comfortable. He took good care of us. Food was super good, Also the room amenities were nicely done, It was spacious and comfortable and the pool was so clean ,They also had play area for kids which was breathtaking for us to enjoy. Over all it was a good peaceful stay after a long time. I would give 5 stars for this resort. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at Lazo Atlantis! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and beautifully themed, making it a very pleasant place to relax. The breakfast buffet was a family favorite, and we all enjoyed the variety at lunch and dinner as well. The kids had their own play area surrounded by beautiful gardens with plenty of space, and there was a great swimming area for both kids and adults. Playing cricket with the family after so many years brought back so many wonderful memories. The resort has excellent space for cricket, complete with its own cricket net, which made it even more special. I’ve been to many resorts, but most didn’t have much in the way of indoor games, and the ones that did were often too hot under a rooftop. However, at Lazo, the indoor games were plentiful and all equipped with air conditioning. The beach is just a kilometer away, where we enjoyed a pleasant early morning walk with a refreshing breeze.

I recently visited Lazo Atlantis resort with all my cousins . I would really recommend for the people who is searching for a peaceful, spacious, neat, comfortable, luxury place to chill out. The room was spacious and was so clean. They have a very neat and big pool and out of all a they even have a small pool for the kids which is really good neat and clean. We even enjoyed our indoor games and there is play area and a cricket court too. Mainly the food was top notch. A really wonderful and spacious place to hangout. Lazo Atlantis is a place where you can have all sorts of of comfort under one roof.

Over all, the resort environment was nice, but not for restaurant. Breakfast menu limited. I stayed for two days in this resort with my one y.o daughter, and I had to beg for some amount of milk for her breakfast in this restaurant. For two days I kept on begging every morning for milk and you can see the thing I received in the picture. My tears fell on the second day or last day of morning breakfast. I paid for the resort with free breakfast and had to beg for milk. Not recommended for families with small children. Second things was dinner n lunch menu also limited with limited light, fan n table. Can’t even choose where to sit

Room is nice but the floor are sticky. Breakfast we were provided hard rock poori and very dry dosa. Both the foods were terrible. Usually most of the resorts will have kettle, but Lazo doesn't have one. I would recommend the guest to bring their own one. Manager here said that plates will not be provided to the room if we order food from outside

It's located nearly 20km from pondicherry city. Nice calm place. Room is not very big and its like a small villa. Good enough for 2 people. Decent typical tamilnadu complimentary breakfast.

Rooms are as advertised and very impressive. The property in itself is maintained very well. Great for a visit with family. Swimming pool is big and there's a kids pool as well both maintained properly. Only thing is food is costly in the restaurant inside, there's no good hotel nearby as well.
