Wow Farm House

I was initially a bit skeptical about booking this farm house, but it turned out to be an excellent choice. It’s a great spot for families, and children will love it. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and hygienic, with good facilities like Kent water purifier, a washing machine, and a swimming pool, birds net and surrounded by trees. The breakfast is delicious and always served hot. Mr. Matin and his staff are polite, attentive, and provided great hospitality. While the approach road can feel a bit lonely at night due to the lack of streetlights, I would highly recommend this place for a family stay.

Pros- 1. Cleaner rooms and Pool with park facilities for kids 2. Good breakfast 3. Good hospitality 4. Ambience was great Cons- 1. Location - for people wanting to commute to city often, distance maybe a concern. Especially due to weekend traffic. 2. Food ordered from resort is slightly costlier. Overall- Great place for people wanting to experience a relaxed trip with family.

Very bad experience, had to vacate over night. I don’t recommend atleast for families with kids. Injustice??? - Updated review after owners respond: Regarding Room Usage: We booked and paid in advance with the understanding that we would use the room. If you have refunded us, it does not imply we are not entitled to use what we initially paid for. Please consider this before making such statements. Explanation of the Scenario: It appears as though there was an attempt to delay us. The screenshot I provided should make this clear. Please note that we had to wait two full hours before even escalating the matter. Customer Service Expectation: As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of delivering top-notch service. Regrettably, I must say that this experience fell short of that standard. The issue we faced was specific to the room we were in, and it was not due to rain or wind as initially suggested. I hope we can acknowledge this without further dispute

4/5 Stars - Wonderful Stay, Minor Improvements Needed We spent a delightful weekend at WOW Farm Stay, Auroville, with our toddler. The place exceeded our expectations in many ways! Pros: - Safe and secure environment, perfect for families with kids. - Clean and well-maintained rooms. - Our toddler was engaged throughout, thanks to the farm's play areas and activities. - Special mention: The management kindly accommodated our child's meal requirements, providing raw materials for us to cook at odd hours. The induction cookers, oven, and toaster were a lifesaver! - Pet-friendly property Cons: - Location is quite far from the city (around 1 hour) and nearest beach (45 minutes). - Breakfast spread was limited and often ran out quickly, leading to long waits for refills. - Breakfast service improvements needed: - Staff eating from the same spread as guests created an uncomfortable atmosphere. - Food was sometimes taken back to the kitchen for staff use while guests were still eating. - Cutlery and spoons were not consistently washed and sanitized properly. Special Thanks: We'd like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to: - Mr. Alphonse, the caretaker, for his exceptional assistance and warm hospitality. - Devi, the cook, for her delicious meals and accommodating our special requests. We recently had the pleasure of staying at WOW resort and it was an wonderful experience. The accommodations were excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The amenities and activities made the stay more enjoyable. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the resort to others.

This is a good place to unwind in their earthy interior surrounded by vegetation. It’s a cool hangout place for friends and family. The rooms are clean and you get home cooked food of your choice. The caretaker is available on the premises and the owners are very much available to help you out with anything you may need to make your stay more comfortable. Overall it’s a casual cool and lush environment to spend some quality time.

Stayed here for 2 days. Managed very well especially the garden which gives a very good feeling. The rooms are super clean. The rooms are big as well. The place is away from the hustle bustle of city life. It's amidst nature but not that far. The nearest restaurant is approximately 1 km away. The only thing missing is a live kitchen which would actually make it a sweeter deal.

What an awesome place to stay with family and friends. It was like a home away from home. Friendly and caring staffs, lovely ambiance and a very relaxing environment. A place for absolute relaxation.
