We are a group of teachers who attended a conference organised by Kruu Chennai. ||Mango Hill Banquet team headed by Mr. Mani did a fabulous job in conferencing. The arrangements have been good. We stayed there where the rooms clean and neat. Food arranged during breakfast was a decent spread and good. ||Overall an excellent conferencing with accommodation.

Ambience is good|Mugilan and his members are serving good. |Nice swimming pool with good view. |Food is tasty and good. Had nice experience with family and friends. Fully lush green and nice architecture in the rooms. Good for thai cottage for balcony.

Guna ,santhosh and vinod were very helpful during our stay. Amazing service at the restaurant and room. They accommodated all our ad hoc requests and ensured our stay was a great experience here. They were also quick with their service and prompt even through the cyclone situation.

I had stayed in the Swiss Chalet rooms during Dasara in 2024. The hotel is close to Auroville and is designed quite well. However, it has not been maintained well. We had visited this property in 2018 and it was excellent then. Its a wonderfully conceived and built hotel but the current management has not been maintaining well. The floors of the room were dirty when we entered. The service is extremely slow at the dine-in restaurant. But the food was tasty. So, its a good hotel with poor service.

The hotel was good and based in a nice location. The breakfast was good. Rooms were ok but had issues and we had to keep calling the service people who were bit delayed with their services. Swimming pool was stunning. No gym. Overall decent

We had a very good experience at Mango hill... The cottage had a nice view and was well maintained... Other amenities like pool, spa and indoor games area were also good... Moreover, it's a kids friendly place... Hence, it's a good option for those who are traveling with family...

Staff was friendly. But they need training. The entire facility needs a lot of repair and maintenance, more thorough cleaning. During the day there are plates outside rooms, cleaning trolleys and rags everywhere. Breakfast buffet was average. The hotel has a lot of potential of all these basic points can be taken care of.
