Paradise Vana Vilasa Homestay Swimming pool

We went to Vana Vilasa Homestay with 15 members - 9kids, and booked it for 2 days. The location and greenery were nice, and the best part was the caretaker bro, who was very polite and available whenever we needed help. However, there are few concerns. The maintenance of the resort was not up to the mark. I'm not sure how it will be in the summer, but it doesn't seem to be monsoon friendly. We noticed several leaks inside the rooms, particularly in the room on the first floor near the entrance. In other rooms, the floor was always wet when it rained, possibly due to leakage from below. The pathway tiles were slipper during the rain, prone for fall, and the bushes along the pathway were not well maintained. Additionally, the electrical socket box was broken and hanging outside, which was a major concern, especially since we have many kids with us. Some bathrooms were also not well maintained. On a positive note, the breakfast provided was good. Don't take in down way, these are our observations during our stay, if it is improved, surely Vana Vilasa will be great experience for the guests.

Overall, a poorly maintained place. We booked this property for two days and had a very mediocre experience for the cost we paid. First of all, the bushes in the walkway are not cut and properly maintained. They block the pathway and was a disturbance. The pathway was also slippery and couple of my friends fell. The place is certainly not monsoon friendly as there were leaks all over the places. Water leaks were almost everywhere from the light sockets and posed a risk. The total cost for two days was 60k for the entire place but I felt it is overvalued and should be around 15k per day for the stay and experience they provide. Would definitely not recommend for families and for the cost.

We went in the rainy season, and due to the wetness, the stay experience was very bad. The whole place was very muddy, and the gardening was not done properly. There were electrical switches hanging out from the switch boxes, which was not addressed even after the complaints. We went with 8 families and they gave us a two storey building at the entrance which was very, very poor in condition. There were water droplets around the walls during the rain. The only thing that satisfied us was the service and help provided by a person named Jagdeesh. We rented a whole property for 60k, but the experience was just worth 30-40k only. They claimed that they had an indoor game facility, but that was never maintained. Overall, it was very dissatisfied trip.

It felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat

Pleasant and comfortable stay Great place to stay location is quite centralised for touring pondicherry.. The staff is well informed of the city and are ready to help at any time... the reception and paradise groups are quite helpful...

This is budget friendly rooms such a cute room and good service staff and awm clean places. Especially I like there staff services and room and site location safety also for couple and family trip it's nice choice.

Very nice quiet greeny place. Friendly care takers. Ms. Kavitha, Ajith are serving guests with smiling face. Sure I recommend to my friends and families to this nice friendly place. Added advantage is this nice place is pet friendly too.
