Rainbow Cottages Beach Home Stay

Awesome place. Located on the edge of hill which gives awesome view of yercaud. Morning one can see clouds under you. They do not have restaurant so you have to order or buy parcel before visiting the place. Staff were caring. Ample car parking space. Neat rooms, bedsheets and pillows were clean. Washroom was neat. Prices are decent.

Three rooms are not terrible, but besides the mosquitoes and huge cockroaches the staff lied when we were booking the rooms. They said all downstairs rooms have hot water, but when we got there there wasn't hot water. The AC also works very slow, but that may be because the village does not have stable electricity. These cottage are not very family friendly, but they are decent if you are single and want a cheap place

Fair and good resort to stay with family and friends. Affordable price with beach access in 100 meters. Rooms are pretry decent and they arrange home made food if ordered before 3 hours. To top it all, the hospitality is commendable. They take care of us like real family. Enjoy the thunder of waves from the hut.

Nice place near to the beach 🏝 1 min - walkable distance to beach. Decent place for friends. Security cameras are present and it’s safe . Staffs are so good. The experience will be new . Biggest disadvantage is the common washrooms. Open showers in the entrance after beach plays are good innovative steps. this place is for friends and party groups. Good place 👍🏻

Great place for friends to hangout in Pondy ECR on both weekdays and weekends. It will serve the purpose of staying in pondy 😜😂🍾 Easy accessible to the beach and less than 50 metres from cottage. Isolated Beach which gives feel like private beach with huge rocks on the shore to prevent shore erosion. Swimming is difficult on the beach as it is very deep and risk to take bath. Cottage owner and caretakers are very friendly & supportive during the whole stay. Plenty of spaces for both bike & car parking. Budget friendly and it is much cheaper when compared to other cottages that's near to beach. Each cottage can accommodate 8 members easily and attached bathroom available in ground floor with AC room. First floor is cottage setup and with view of beach and ground floor is concrete one. Budget friendly and low prices on weekdays.

A great place to stay if you are at Pondi. You feel a connect with the nature at this place due to the material of construction and the slight sound of the sea that seeps in when its quite. The staff is very cooperative and the tariff is also very pocket friendly. If you go during off season you would geta better deal by going and booking at the place rather than doing the reservations online. There are a few good places to eat in the vicinity including cafe Xtacy which is awesome according to a lot of reviews, though personally I was not able to visit it. The place is at a convenient location from other attractions at Pondi.

Humble behavior of the staffs. Good for bachelors. Not recommended for family if you are looking for fancy room, lights, furniture, big mirror, ac with inverter. Area is close to beach but it's in Tamil Nadu on the borders of Puducherry, so everyday you come from puducherry to spend there night here , meet the cops fir liquor checking. Overall it's decent

Amazing hospitality. The staff is very helpful and friendly. During rainy days, there might be bugs in the rooms. Otherwise, I quite liked the feel of the cottages. We opted for a room for three with private attached bathroom. If it's a family, this should be a good option. Also, the auro beach is just about 100 meters from it. Yay!
