NANDAVANAM ESTATE POLLACHI RESORT

An excellent 100 acre property with fresh green vegetations.The estate offers a natural pond, mango orchards, coconut farms, okra farms and a lot more things the eyes could catch up with.They have an excellent nature vibe with a lot of peacocks and cattle. An excellent place for the kids to enjoy and be a part with nature.They have limited but good spacious rooms.Mr. Joby is an excellent host who looks after the property and we thank him for his warm hospitality.

We stayed for 2 days..it was a very good space with heritage temple nearby with greens all-around,kids had a good time and we had a tractor ride, and the staf was very friendly and fullfied all our needs without any hesitation.. tea was very good.. and over all we had a good time . Suggestions - can have a good cook over there to provide a good meal..,

Recently stayed at their Farm.. set amongst rich flora and fauna this place is truly a traveler's paradise! would definitely recommend staying here! Their Hospitality is top notch! kudos to the team!

Location was good, Food was the most gruesome part. Good estate with 100 acres, Now on process of building swimming pool, A stream crosses on the border of the estate, Mango, Coconut and Banana farm.

Hi All...Happy Morning..It is a pleasant and good experience we had with our family in Pollachi... Nandanvan Estate..we felt that we stayed in our own home like..Good atmosphere, clean surrounding, staffs are so good particularly Joby Prameshwaran Sir, anybody needs to stay with family and friends it is nice nature home stay..farm stay..to enjoy with your family..food is also so good..

We stayed here on the 19th night as a family of 3.Planned to stay here for 2 nights however on reaching we decided to shorten our stay.While the stay infrastructure is projected as a premium luxury place and accordingly priced, however it lacks the basic facilities of even a most basic hotel.The place is 10 kms away from Pollachi town and the closest restaurants are there.The stay doesnt have any facility for food, not even tea nor filtered water.The place is unsafe as the estate doesnt provide any security during night except 2 street dogs.Inspite informing owner, they didnt do anything about it.The place is loaded with insects and be prepared to have sleepless night and comeback with skin infection.The main door of the room can be opened just by a little push.Snakes can just get in easily.The owner stops communicating after you transfer they due amounts and do not apologize for this inconveience given to us.
