Happy to have identified this place while I was looking for some kind of villa or resort to unwind with friends on a weekend. Well maintained and well equipped with amenities like swimming pool, rain shower, basket ball court, badminton court, club house to play indoor games, lawn, lobby and small garden. Had a great time enjoying the ambience. Food was available with pre-order. Calm and quiet place to relax. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

This property is a perfect getaway from Chennai to have a relaxed/lazy weekend The property is absolutely senior citizens and kids friendly. it is superbly maintained and special mention about the host who takes extra care about every need the guest has. I recommend this property for families if you have little time and want to chill....

Athulya villa is located on Marakanam between the chennai - pondicherry OMR highway. It's a couple of mins drive inside a small village. The property gives us a "paatti veedu" ( grandma's house) vibe with a tiled roof, veranda, sitout, stone pillars, mango,coconut trees and birds chirping in the background all day. It is very well maintained by a couple who were extremely helpful. The rooms are contemporary, spacious and equipped with modern day amenities. There is full floor air-conditioned club house, kids basketball court, open swimming pool, rain shower, pump set, separate dining hall with speakers and projector-screen. Driver's stay is also taken care of. Food is cooked on pre order. The package comes with complimentary breakfast. The beach is a few minutes drive. Extremely private, relaxed and one of the best choice for families or groups of friends who need a break from the mundane.

I had a get together with my office colleagues at this resort. We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the serene location. The property is well maintained with plenty of recreation options like swimming, badminton, basketball etc,. The swimming experience in particular was very enjoyable and refreshing since the water was very clean with optimal chlorine level. Veg food options were good and staff was very friendly. A great place for family as well as get together for friends.

One of the best property in ecr to spend time with your family and friends. We were 18 adults and 12 childrens. We stayed for 2 days. Well organized stay and food. Clean environment. Everyone had a great time. Children's enjoyed swimming,indoor and outdoor games. Had a great memories. Thank you Bhaskar sir for hosting us.

Our stay at Athulya Villa was fantastic! The villa's spacious rooms and beautiful swimming pool provided a perfect retreat for our family.
