The place is close to the beach and the rooms are good. The swimming pool is maintained well. They don't have drinking water; you need to buy bottles. Service is mediocre. We had to ask for toiletries. The property owner forgot about the agreed check-out time. Keep written records like messages to avoid confusion.

Budget friendly average place to stay with family and friends. Rooms are spacious and clean. But they charged Rs.100 for a 25 lts water can. And no towels or toiletries provided. Only an induction stove, few plastic plates and a vessel to boil milk were available.

Rooms are clean and spacious but they are not providing even basic things like drinking water, towels and toiletries. They are charging Rs. 100 for 25 litres water can. Also, the swimming pool water is not so clean.

Really good to stay here in with nice environment, climatic condition. Staff members interaction is also much appreciate thing here. Resort is superb with reasonable cost. No compromise in Quality & Cleanliness of resort. Overall highly recommended. Good for family's and couples

Resort is nice, but they don't provide a water bottle also everything is chargeable. This should be changed. We're not staying for free

Great host, kind, polite, helping keep it up Mr. Yogi. It's a big big home with ample of parking space (4 wheeler and 2 wheeler) fully covered. Seperate kitchen with utensils where you can cook on your own. Seperate pool depth maybe 5 ft, and seperate small pool for kids (my son is 3 years and he had lot of fun), washrooms and changing room is available near to pool. Coming to rooms, it's beautiful and big. Common room with refrigerator, personal rooms with attached bathroom having bath tub, hot water connection available 24 hrs. Rooms are big and cleanliness is maintained nicely. The view from the balcony is nice, peaceful, quiet and lush green. Very close to beach hardly 200-300m walk, road is full of tree, flowers and fragrance. Speaking about caretaker, he's also very humble and helpful. Well within budget.... Close to restaurants(adyar anand bhawan is 500mtr specially for vegetarian ppl) Thanks again Yogi bhai for making our short trip and stay worth remembering.

So bad experience , staff rude behaviour. Our check in time was 9am - 6pm , but they allowed us around 11:30. No guest room was provided , they told us to be around swimming pool until then. Totally unsafe around there. So disappointed.
