Daffodil Cottages and Resorts

More of a homestay than a hotel buy lovely place with a very polite host. The views from this place are a sight to behold, especially on misty mornings. This place has 4 double bedded rooms. One can get food here too and it does taste good, but if one prefers to eat elsewhere, well it is quite an walk or a short drive. The rooms are large, well maintained, clean and have cellular reception from major Indian operators

This place has 4 rooms out of which 3 are connected to the main house. The 3 rooms can be booked together which the owners call as the whole house. The caretaker and chef there Ms. Lily ensures prompt services and is ever helpful. There are a few places to eat in Bedford circle which is a few minutes of drive. However, if you prefer eating at the cottages, Ms. Lily whips up good food really quickly. Food is chargeable extra. Each room has a TV connection, a double bed and the common area has a couple of sofa sets and is good for lounging.

We booked the cottage one day befor reaching Coonoor. The owner lied to us and gave the cottage to some other family and was not even receiving our calls. Worst place never ever trust the guy.
