16th - 17th August 2024 No Parking for Car & Bike…local people will create problems for parking…no proper water for drinking. It is just a normal house converted to hotel. Food you will get from outside on order from Hyderabad Biryani House. Breakfast also you will get from outside and you have to order it from night. If your car is like alto or Tiago it’s fine at least you can park road side. If it’s xuv don’t dare to take inside..you will start crying for parking. Blankets and bed are not clean properly also rooms are having very dim light. You won’t enjoy. Only good thing is a tea garden view from room and a care taker Mr Niranjan. Else everything is waste, avoid booking this.

The only good thing was the View from the window and the boy there was helpful!! Finding it was a task! Untidy! Smelly! Overall pathetic!!

It was a last minute booking. The stay was pleasant. The rooms were very spacious with dining room. It was worth compared to other stays for this budget. The rooms had big wide windows. The view from the windows is awesome where you get view the beautiful tea plantations in the slope with lots birds chirping . Manager Mr. Antony was always very cheerful and helpful to make our stay pleasant. The disadvantage is that hotel is quite far away from main road. It is difficult to drive down through a narrow way to reach the hotel room and moreover parking is a problem sometimes. This is just like a home stay but not a resort as the name says.

Good Location. Average price.(Offline) Car parking available. We got a 3 bedroom suite without a kitchen for one night. The view from the room and dining space was breathtaking. The property was not maintained properly, there were various damp spots in the room.

If you book this property even after reading this review, you will regret. Worst property I ever stayed in my life. No toilet seat,flush not working, lot of bugs and spider, stinky bed sheets and pillow. Water blockage in washrooms.No Parking,No restaurant. Broken beds and chairs. I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and I got a dormitory with no privacy. It's very difficult to spent 1 night. Immediately booked another property and shifted the very next morning. Property owner is very rude. No help from him. Even . You may find some positive review but all are Fake. I have done the biggest mistake and spoiled a day of my Trip. Don't book the property even for a day. No towels provided, bed sheets are torned and they don't provided help even for 1 night. Owner is the biggest liar as he told everything is good to Agoda. If you think you will be out whole day and will come to sleep, you will not be able to sleep properly. Very old property and pictures shown must be taken the day they inaugurated. I made a mistake to book looking into few positive comments. My kids got rashes in whole body in just a night sleep.

Yes. The hotel(ofcourse not a resort) has nice window view. That's it. Everything is messy. Spider and other insects are in room. Mattresses are dirty. Bathroom door is broken. Most of the room tiles are broken. Bathroom smell all over the room. Roads are HORRIBLE to reach. If you are not experience driver, you will face too much difficulty. Parking is awful. No restaurants. I am supposed to give 1/2✴️ for my horrible experience. But the stuff are well behaved and helpful. As you literally can't go out for dinner, they bring it for you from nearby restaurant. The owner should think twice before taking 4500 per night for such poor conditioned property

One of the worst hotels you can ever be to. Let me explain. 1. The care takers were drunk when we reached. But to be frank they were nice. But still a family will feel a lot unsafe there. 2. Our room was stinking. There were hair on the floor when we entered the room. The bathroom didn't have a lock. Even the room couldn't be locked using keys. It had some issue. Drunk caretakers with no door lock made us feel so unsafe. 3. We requested another room. They politely gave us one. 4. That room was even worse. The western toilet in that room was yet to be flushed. Just imagine the situation. 5. One of us had allergic reaction to the dust in the rooms. Imagine, it had just been 30 mins after we reached there. 6. So, we decided to leave the stay and take our money back. We had booked directly by paying 50% advance. We demanded it back because we were facing health issues and unsafe feel there. The owner who was out of station at that agreed for a full refund over phone and so we left. 7. We kept on calling him continuously for the next 3 days, literally begging him. He gave us half of the advance back and told that the rest he will give later. 8. Even now, we haven't received that. So dear friends, never ever book this hotel.

Like the name says Great Windows and that’s about it from this place. The rooms have huge windows to see the Tea garden outside but I wish they had a balcony to enjoy the view in a better manner. The rooms were clean and comfortable but not the openness I needed as 6footer man. I could barely move in the room with great windows. 🤣 Anyways since we barely stayed in the property I don’t think I can comment more than this. Be careful and check before the place out before you book. The lady owner was very hospitable to us. That’s a plus. Overall an average place with Great Windows 🪟 like the name.
