Let me start with a big thanks to Pallavi, Naaz and Shreyanshi. These people and other staff members like Pappu are the backbone of this resort who will be ready to go extra mile and provide excellent customer service 🙏.|It's been amazing stay🤩. From checking in till check out, there is no single point where I have not experienced a great hospitality and customer service. The entire property is beautiful, well maintained rooms, bigggg pool, and last but not the least the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. The king size bed was cozy and comfortable. Food served during breakfast and high tea was delicious. Plenty of options to spend your day with kids, kids zone is well organised and they have hourly event to keep kids engaged.|Special thanks for Mythri and Balram.|Keep up the good work 💯

Food, ambience and hospitalitt really enjoyed. Music was settling since I have came with my toddler. Kids were enjoying and it was neat. We have two restaurant over which seems to be good idea where we can enjoy with family and friends as per our mood. The service was awesome and they all were very benevolent. Priyansha and durai was taking care of us. Its nice to be here.

It's not a palace... But it's a paradise, worth every penny we pay... Amazing service, world class amenities and the largest swimming pool in Chennai. Food is delicious and do not miss the Hi Tea in the sunset. Beach view restaurant per person 3k is really worth it and it's very near to the sea which is not provided by any other star hotels near the bay! This will definitely impress everyone to visit again. Kids just love this resort!!

The 1st impression i got was that this was a very busy place...there were guests checking in & checking out & swarming around the lobby, pool areas & that is always a validation of sorts anyways.||The resort has an absolutely amazing pool - it just goes on & on & on...& has an even depth of 4ft across the entire length so extremely kid friendly (there are small splash pools by the side for the smaller ones). They offer chilled syrups / soft drinks from time to time, all free of charge to guests in the pool & that just adds to the 'feel good' factor.||The rooms if you get the pool facing ones are really nice - there is a bath tub in the shower, the rooms are huge & what's more, everything in the minibar is free! That is definitely going to spoil the benchmark for others in this business!!||The resort serves high tea at sunset which is almost a full dinner - again, these guys will reset the norm here in Mahabalipuram!||There are few areas of improvement:||1. There are only 2 changing rooms next to the pool & they STINK! There was also a shower pressure problem|2. The breakfast, though with a lot of options leaves one feeling a little underwhelmed. Scope for improvement there though the chef was very kind to offer us fresh fruit juice in stead of what was served on the counter which was very watery.|3. The staff, some of them are new & really messed up the initial room allotment (gave my super senior citizen parents a room on the 1st floor), though it was sorted soon after.|4. Hygiene, tidiness can be improved on. Servers were wearing soiled aprons at high tea, the serving counters were messy etc.||Overall, enjoyed the vacation & time out with my parents & family - would recommend this, in particular to travellers who like a busy, cheery place!

This is by far the best hotel you should come to if you visit the area. The staff are so lovely and can’t do enough for you- from an early check-in to great service from Zouali and yoga on the beach in the morning. We were lucky to take part in the Christmas cake mix too! Simply amazing!!

My wife and I recently had an impromptu trip to a resort to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. The welcome was exceptional, as we were greeted in traditional Rajasthani style, complete with turbans and welcome drinks. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. To our delight, they surprised us with anniversary arrangements in our room, including beautiful decorations and a cake, and even recorded a video of the celebration, which was fantastic. The food and amenities were excellent, making it a wonderful place to spend time with family. However, the per-night room cost is quite high. It would be great if they could work on reducing the prices. Additionally, the balcony view towards the swimming pool is obstructed by trees; trimming the leaves slightly would improve visibility. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect.

It is in prime location. the pool is long and good. we can access the beach. Also the staffs are kind. They insist to review while check out. The food is average. They have lot of verities. But the taste is average. We tried non veg platter, mutton curry and their breakfast buffet. For this price , they can do more better.

Luxury filled experience...extravagant pool, private beach, great food and hospitality, located in historical and peaceful town, perfect place if you seek luxury and peace. Lots of engagement for kids, hi tea was good too. Rooms were nice.
