Rooms are okay , but their service is at worst. They don’t provide water to bath , they tried to grab money for every single service including hot water. Too much smart and greedy host.

The rooms are so small and not worth the money. Also cleanliness is not maintained. The location also looks interior and unsafe.

One of the worst place I experienced in life time.That lady prabhavathi was an big lier.She told sun rise point is 400 metres away.But it was one kilometre.she was very much interested to pluck the money 3000 rupees for just 10 x 10 feet room with full of mosquitos and cockroaches.she was not ready to give mosquito repellent.A/c was not working.No power back up.Even drinking water was not available.baap re baap even the floors not cleaned properly.lady prabhavathi was very negligence.We will get very nice rooms near to sunrise point.1/2 day Power supply was not there.She tells room boy is new That means nobody can work under her.Money waste and my precious time wasted.i suggest nobody go there.

Rooms are clean and all electronic gadgets are perfectly working.It is placed inside the city and also comfortable for family to stay.

The hotel is a small one. We have taken an air conditioned quadruple room (having 2 double bed). They charged ₹3,750 per night basis. I think compared to the service, the price is quite higher. The bathroom is spacious but the shower was not operating properly and there is no exhaust fan in the bath. Cons : (1) away from main city - 1.7 km and inside a small lane, (2) service is very poor, only a lady staff available, (3) there is no one for supplying water at the room, we had to fill the bottle from kitchen, (4) no land phone in the rooms (5) quadruple room was very small, just enough to place 2 beds, (6) no service boy available.

Had terrible experience while our stay in this property. Landlady is so rude that she shows the gesture to get lost when asked to switch on the generator. frequent power cuts, with no lights or fans (forget about AC/Geyser) for few hours with no courtesy to respond when requested inspite they have generator facility., with no ventilation in rooms, it will be hard to survive in hot weather. Never seen such a poor service in my life. Try to avoid one coming with kids, as they least bother to switch AC/hot water power supply. Don't get deceive by looking at the garden pictures ( which are true though ) but service is very unprofessional their hospitality rating is ZERO.
