Hot water was not available, and despite complaining twice, the issue was not properly resolved. Someone came only in the morning, and no one attended to the problem later. The food was also not very good; however, the breakfast was good and enjoyable. Overall, the rooms were satisfactory, but the service and food quality need significant improvement.Good view from room

Our stay at Kanavu Valley View Resort in Ooty was truly unforgettable. We made so many wonderful memories during our visit. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially watching the toy train pass by—it was an amazing experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, from breakfast to dinner. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Without a doubt, this is one of the best luxury resorts in South India. From the moment we entered the resort, we felt welcomed and relaxed. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for the best resort to stay in Ooty, I highly recommend Kanavu Valley View Resort. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable experience! 😊

Our stay at Kanavu Valley Resort Really enjoyed my stay at Kanavu Valley Resort, Ooty. It felt comfortable and homely from the moment we arrived. The food was simple, tasty and had that lovely homemade feel. The staff were very attentive, friendly and always ready to help. What I enjoyed most was the beautiful scenic surroundings — absolutely lovely and a perfect place to take some great pictures. Overall, a very pleasant stay and somewhere I’d happily come back to. Fantastic Property, Absolutely STUNNING VIEWS and Great Location. We could see the whole Valley from Suite Room from all its Windows. Also the whole team is totally dedicated to provide wonderful service. Just one problem: There are too too much of Flies in the Dining Room and they said they are doing everything possible to get rid of them but during Mango Fruit Season it becomes unmanageable for them. I give this property 5/5😍

Had a pleasant one night stay at Kanav Resorts. Clean rooms, peaceful surroundings, and a calming atmosphere. Our stay in the 1 BHK villa included spacious and comfortable accommodations.The location and scenic views of Kanavu Valley View Resort are outstanding.We had a fantastic view of ketty valley and the occasional toy train passing by. Though there are limited selections for breakfast food items, all items are fresh, delicious, and satisfying.The only drawback we faced during our stay was the muddy water in the toilets two times. The team's service was commendable and supportive .Special thanks to Mr.Hari and Sujith for their generous hospitality
