We went to participate yoga competition. Huge Villa and Hall for competition and functions. So parking is not available. Very little slot. Children play area available

Bathrooms are so untidy...Aaargh.... Never come to the place..u can't call this as resort.... Very unprofessional people..... A lady who has not seen the world is ruling this property where am idiot property manager who just wag tails to her orders managing this property... By mistake also please don't come here.. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Worst place to stay in kodaikanal. No electricity almost all the time. They are not switching on the generator. Rooms are not clean. Flush not working properly. For every small thing we are suppose to follow up. The resort manager Abbas is fit for nothing as he dont respond properly to any of our queries. The only decent part is food. Other than that nothing appeals in the so called resort.

Very Bad experience from green hill resort & Apurva Residency on 21/01/2023 we were book 5 room on January -12 and give advance of 1500. we were check in Green hill resort on 21/01/2023 6:30 am. The were told to us keep your luggage on one room and go for sit seening they were tell clean rest of 4 room for you. After we reach the resort they were not giving the keys of 4 rooms. We ask the reason about why dont give the keys they were told the rest of 4 rooms are sold to another persons. Manager of green hill resort & Apurva ResidencyBasith told we have to check out from the resort on 10:00 pm night on same date we were suffer lot of problems on night for getting rooms for 17 persons. If the situation for a family what will do. I never recommended Green hills resort & Apurva residency For your room booking at kodaikanal. They will cheat you.Basith he is bad manger and very Bad behaviour to customer so keep your Cash safe from Green hill resort & Apurva recidency. This is our experience from Green hills resort and Apurva residency @ kodaikanal . Be care full from this type of frauds....

Hai, The Ulo hotel is located is beautiful place in kodaikanal. I like very much. We can see the natural beauty of kodaikanal. The hotel services are good. But not high expectations. The service is not good because the hot water not to coming in some rooms. We can not get the services timely.
