Very comfortable cottage. The standard of everything is excellent. We had excellent nights sleeps in super comfy beds. Will highly recommend to friends and hope to be back and nice stay in this newly furnished building with awesome view point.

Hey y’all happy new year!!!! 😍 Starting 2025 over here is the best thing happened to us! Ppl who like clean places and good service can surely choose this place!!! I been to vatta many times I never seen any property like this! on cloud 9!! 💯 satisfied with the ambiance and the service!! Best view you can get from this place with privacy!! Inside the room you feel like you are in the city and once you get out to the balcony the nature will take over!!!🏞️ 💯 I recommend this place!! thank you merriment!!!🍻

We had an unforgettable family trip to Vatta Merriment Villa in Kodaikanal this December. The villa offered breathtaking views, with an incredible “above the clouds” experience that made the stay truly special. Rude Staff and Unsafe Environment - Not Recommended for Couples My partner and I stayed at Vatta Merriment for one night, and it was a horrible experience. The owner and the only staff member we encountered were extremely rude. Do not expect any hospitality here. We heard noises outside our door during the night, which made us feel very unsafe. Privacy is a major issue at this place. I do not recommend this homestay for couples.

The balcony is dangerously close to the upper road, making it easy for anyone to jump in and peep through the windows. I do not recommend, Kodai heaven is the best near by.
