Chalets Resort, Masinagudi

I stayed for 2 nights in this resort. It was very good experience and looks great in means of location for relaxation. Food is awesome which they served with care and tasty too. You will have a relaxed vacation with your kid for sure. Jeep Safari is also a good experience and they will be offering with minimal cost compared to outside. I would suggest and recommend for the family vacation with kid always . :-) Thanks for the staffs who hosted us very well and great love.

Had a wonderful stay with family. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and all our needs were met immediately with a lovely smile. Very clean and hygienic and you will not feel like you are near a forest reserve. The resort is situated right by a beautiful viewpoint and their game room has wonderful views and superb facilities. Perfect for families with kids. Trust me the only time you ll need screens is to click pictures or videos. Must place to create lovely memories.

We friends stayed their A-roof for two days was one of best & premium Resort in masinagudi. Their hospitality top notch. Food excellent. I would recommend this resort strongly.

Good stay with good food. Though its a but expensive, overall a pleasant place to stay in masinagudi. Service was very good especially Arun who did a really a good job.

Resort is located in masinagudi tiger reserve. The location of the resort is great, located in a peaceful place. The exterior is also good, nicely decorated and maintained. Room interior is very bad, definitely not as per charges what they are charging per room. Among the two rooms booked, one has a smelly bathroom and we found a cockroach as well.

I stayed at this property two weekends ago with 7 of my friends and had a terrible time. Starting from the behaviour of the staff to the quality of rooms to the quality of food. There isn’t a single plus point of this property. Before we even unpacked we wanted to leave. For the 6k per night per room, if I’d known the reality of the place, I wouldn’t even pay 1.5k per night. The rooms smelt weird, there were no phones to even get housekeeping to the room. The staff weren’t trained, they were just some local boys with a ton of attitude and no understanding of customer service. The pictures on google and other booking websites was a hoax that we fell for. I’ve no clue how the place has such high ratings. These are paid reviews for sure because no one in their right mind would give this place even 2 stars.

Are you seeking a destination to utterly spoil your holiday? A place where the rooms and washrooms emit foul odors and the toiletries provided are already used? Are you on the hunt for an establishment where despite ordering food two hours in advance, you're left waiting indefinitely for plates, spoons, and even water? Look no further than Chalets Resort Masinagudi. In addition to the aforementioned horrific experiences, we endured numerous power outages. This location epitomizes mismanagement, abysmal service, and the staff's haughty demeanor. We were a group of friends longing to relish some tranquil moments amidst nature. This place lured us in with alluring images, only to betray our expectations. The hefty price tag we paid (₹6000 per room per day) was unjustified! The service and cleanliness standards were abysmal, and even the advertised activities turned out to be a sham—merely a ploy to extract money from visitors. Beware of this establishment. If your holiday or vacation holds any value to you, steer clear of booking a stay here.
