Perfect Spot for Team Retreats and Brainstorming Sessions: I recently stayed at Captain's Cabin in Masinagudi for a brainstorming session with my teammates, and it was an incredible experience! The natural surroundings and the presence of wildlife create a unique and inspiring atmosphere that is perfect for brainstorming and creative thinking. The serene environment helped us focus and come up with some fantastic ideas. :-) The food was another highlight of our stay – every meal was delicious and added to the overall wonderful experience. The staff was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for a productive and comfortable stay. If you are looking for a place to unwind and be inspired, Captain's Cabin is the perfect spot. Highly recommended for team retreats and any kind of group gathering!

Room design and decor is excellent. Very cosy too and perfect for a family of 4. Food was ok. Unfortunately when we can stayed it had damp smell from rain as the room wasn't ventilated in a while. We raised it with owners who understood as well

Captain's Cabin is a missed opportunity with a lot of potential. While the location in Masinagudi forest is breathtaking and the staff is friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. The cabin itself was poorly maintained, with low water pressure, unclean linen and a general lack of facilities. Moreover, there was little to no information provided about the area rules, Safari timings, and forest regulations. This lack of guidance left us feeling uncertain and unprepared & at times shocked by the constant surprises which which detracted from the overall experience. The only saving grace of joy were the two well behaved labrador pooches - Bulbul & Bittoo who helped mask the setback. With minimal effort on attention to details and investment in the space, this place could be a luxurious retreat. However, the current state of neglect and poor management is a major drawback. Would not recommend.

I recently stayed at this place and had an incredible experience! The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped ! Staff is friendly and accommodating…they also serve some really delicious home cooked food! Highly recommended!

It is a beautiful cosy home that you fall in love the minute you enter.. recommend it to anyone who wants to disconnect from their daily routine and enjoy nature..special mention of the food served which is freshly cooked and delicious. Friendly staff who are always ready to help!
