Safari Land Villa Resort

I recently visited this establishment with two families, and our experience was incredibly frustrating, largely due to the awful service from the waiter. From the start, it was clear that he was overwhelmed and disinterested in providing any kind of professional service. He barely acknowledged us when we arrived, and when he finally took our orders, he was impatient and dismissive. Throughout the meal, he seemed to forget simple requests, such as drink refills and extra condiments, and when we asked about the status of our food, he acted as if we were bothering him. He got several of our orders completely wrong, and when we politely pointed out the mistakes, he was defensive and rude, offering no apology or solutions. At one point, he even ignored our table entirely, leaving us without attention for long stretches. When we asked to speak with a manager to address the issues, the waiter disappeared and never returned with any follow-up, making it clear that customer concerns were not a priority. His lack of professionalism completely soured the experience. It was hard to believe that someone so inattentive and disrespectful was entrusted with customer service in a place that clearly had no quality control. It was an appalling display of poor service, and I would strongly advise avoiding this place if you value being treated with any level of respect or competence.

Stayed here with my friends. Overall experience was good n property view n amenities are really worth. Staff response excellent. I recommend this place a must to visit n enjoy d beauty

Stay at the resort was good. Rooms were well maintained. Bed well set. Staff was very good. Area around the room were well maintained. Pool was neat and clean. Restaurant attached to the resort. Food here is average and expensive too. Few things which I did not like, here Bathroom tap was not working properly. we were asked to vacate the pool as some foreigners had visited the pool.

Beautiful resort in masinagudi, with restaurants in the entrance . The villa house r good with lots of greenery around, very quite and peaceful place.swimming pool, games r a plus point in summers. Staff is very courteous and helpful.they deliver food to the rooms.they arrange safari tours as well in jeeps. Over all a good place for a holiday with family and friends.

The rooms are ok, Service is really pathetic. I wouldn't say every staff, but most staffs. Food is pathetic as well, there are far better place to enjoy. Ok from safety perspective. I understand it might be individual choice, but when basic expectations are not met, no one would prefer to recommend.

Superb view and decently maintained villa resort. Good place to hangout with a group of friends. Wish had better food options and wish they had a ev charging option.

Things would have been better, Adding meals to the visitors at doorstep instead of roaming around. Complementary Breakfast would have been allowed which was not there in Villa but noticed All 3 meals are given to other gests has complementary at Hotel linked to Resort. which was bit disappointed. We struggle for dinner, which was not good in resort linked hotels and behaver.
