Royal Crown Green Sagar Resort,

After taking a reservation from Makemy trip platform for an entire garden villa , we went for check in on 28th of December 2024… i was shocked to see the property which was entirely opposite to the description given in the booking platform … literally a cowshed with a veranda was shown to us for an amount of 7,885…scattered heaps of cow dung was found on the pathways, front yard of the property was all littered with empty bottles ,crushed glasses also i was horrified to see a group of drunkards partying with alcohol just in-front of the main entrance… we went there with two kids who were starving after a long travel of 4 hrs…after seeing the pathetic condition of this property we decided not to check in . We informed the staff that we wanted a cancellation with full refund…since it was a weekend we had to run pillar to post to find a bed space for our kids. An arrogant lady who spoke to me now says that they cant provide my refund since its against their policies!! Snatching others hard earned money cannot be tolerated Horrible management! Pure betrayal !!!!!!! My kind request to all who visit their webpage…. Whatever you see in the pictures are not the real scenario, pls pls dont fall for it.

I feel sorry to mention that I had a very bad experience over my stay here with my family. 1.No one was there to receive the guests ..After repeated calls only, one guy came and asked " What do you want"? When I told about my advance booking, he said, oh,! is it? Then wait, I ll ask my manager'.was his reply. Then waited for few min, he was keeping on making calls and allotted a room after half an hour. The moment I entered the room, a very bad smell from bathroom . It was not cleaned. Water is not coming. AC cooling very less ... Fan ...no regulator... The two guys working there . .very rough and tough behaviour... Don't know how to treat their guests... The road towards the resort(?)is with pot holes ...You can't expect respect... Still more. I can't find a single reason to recommend my friends and relatives to stay here On the other hand, I can point many reasons why we should not stay here.... Guys, u can find many good Lodges to stay in and there... Sorry

This was my second visit to Royal crown green Sagar resort. It is a wonderful place, calm and quiet, the staff there are excellent, helpful and always have a smile on their face. It is a pleasure to stay there. Small but cozy place. Perfect for a family stay!

Nice place with neat and tidy rooms, friendly staff and prompt service. Food was okayish but they are flexible to prepare whatever we ask for. The property is surrounded with greenery but no much activities to do. Suitable for a relaxed stay.

Excellent place and very calm. Food quality is good with more quantity. Nice staffs and cooperative management. Good place to relax with nice walkable natural walkable areas. Very good place for family.

This place is nice for a family outing. My misunderstanding is as it's at footsteps of Ooty we can have the climate of Ooty. But we couldn't stay without AC .
