Perfect Weekend Getaway|We had a lovely weekend at Sarvakaya Hill Resort. My room was very nice and the view from the room was amazing. The location is fantastic and the views from the property are simply amazing. All staffs are top notch, As soon as we said, we got all kinds of services. And The food was very good and the overall experience was relaxing. A great place for a short getaway.

Many things needs to resolve. Cleanliness was poor. Duplex villa was a mess. Downside room has no room for space bathroom at down and tv at duplex floor, doesn't make logic. Room lightings needs to be reviewed as it's a bit dull. No plug-ins in bathroom for hairdryer. Solar geyser recommended. Laundry bags aren't available!! Road to resort must be checked! As its totally uneven(no smooth ride)

We had a wonderful stay at Sarvakaya Resort.we stayed in duplex villa. The resort is beautifully maintained, surrounded by peaceful greenery and scenic hill views that make it perfect for a relaxing getaway. We found the drive from main road little uncomfortable bcz the road was narrow and muddy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities thoughtfully arranged. The staff was courteous. They serve vegetarian food only morning buffet breakfast and evening snacks and tea is complementary. They don't have ala carte for dinner need to have buffet dinner only. Though it is veg only menu was changed every day food was good. Im not happy with swimming pool because it was looking clean, but water was quite dirty inside. The calm atmosphere, evening Karaoke bon fire everything was kept in mind and well planned. well-maintained property with green lawns, make this resort a great choice for families, couples, and weekend travelers looking to unwind in Yelagiri Hills. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the middle of nature!

Stunning Valley Views & Peaceful Stay|Had a wonderful stay at Sarvakaya Hill Resort. Rooms are very neat and clean, The valley views are absolutely beautiful and the peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect escape from the city. There have lot of games inside the resort. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Had a great and memorable experience at Sarvakaya Resort, Yelagiri during our previous visit, which is why we returned with high expectations. However, this time, the experience did not meet the standards we remembered, and it felt like the resort missed its previous charm. We believe there may have been management changes, as the overall service and maintenance seemed different from before. 1. We requested a mirror light replacement in the room. A staff member checked it and informed us it would be replaced, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up from the team. 2. Compared to our last visit, we noticed more insects and frogs around the resort, along with poor maintenance outside the room. 3. Around 9:30 PM, we requested milk for our 2-year-old child, but the milk served appeared overly heated/burnt, which was disappointing considering it was for a young child. 4. We experienced some communication challenges, as local language support at the front office and Food & Beverage team was limited. 5. We noticed a few small screws scattered on the floor in some areas, which raised safety concerns. I personally picked up a few and handed them over to the housekeeping staff. 6. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing and did not feel up to the standards we experienced during our previous stay. Overall, the experience was disappointing mainly because our expectations were high based on the wonderful experience we had earlier. Sharing this feedback with the hope that the management takes it positively and improves the guest experience.
