The property at Tulips Village Resort is truly beautiful. I especially loved the landscaped area in front of the hotel—it was peaceful and very well maintained. The rooms, however, were only above average. The bed sheets were dirty, some of the doors were broken and couldn't be locked properly, and the curtains were damaged. The staff did fix the curtains after I reported the issue, which I appreciated. The restaurant is neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow. I had to wait around 30–45 minutes for my food to be served each time. Overall, my stay was above average. The resort has a lovely property and great surroundings, but the room maintenance and restaurant service could definitely be improved.

My stay at Tulips Village Resort, Ooty was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was shown in the pictures. Very poor customer support – staff were not helpful or responsive when assistance was needed. Unprofessional attitude – the manager and some staff members had a rude and unwelcoming attitude towards guests. *Misleading pictures – the actual property and rooms looked entirely different from what was shown online. The pictures give a much better impression than the reality. Overall experience , the service, hospitality, and property did not meet expectations. I personally would not recommend this resort to anyone. If you are planning to book, I strongly suggest verifying the actual condition of the property and rooms before making a reservation.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I strongly advise families and tourists not to stay at Tulip Resort (Village View/City View). The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. Housekeeping standards were unacceptable. The staff was unhelpful and showed little interest in assisting guests. The most shocking part was that when we arrived, the management asked for payment before even allowing us to see the room. This is not how professional hotels treat their guests. Late at night, when we needed support, there was nobody available to help. Because of the poor service and management attitude, we had to leave and search for another hotel in an unfamiliar area. The management needs major improvement in customer service, cleanliness, and guest handling. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Save your money and choose another hotel.
