Our stay was pleasant without any issues. Best option around Ooty if you want to stay in tea estates within the budget. They have 5 rooms, 3 single and 2 double rooms and all the rooms have beautiful view of the estate. Campfire till 9.00PM will be arranged at a separate cost. There are high chances of witnessing the wildlife in the estate at nights and early morning. Don’t miss. Ignore this property if you want to have all the services you get in city stays. We shouldn’t expect everything in a snap when you are in remote area. They don’t have kitchen but can order food from nearby (500m). Most North Indian and Chinese items available. All tastes good except biryani. All amenities are good, room heaters not available be prepared if you are travelling with kids. I booked through booking.com and the property owner Babu called back to confirm the booking. Property Manager Parthiban keeps us following up on the day of arrival to make the necessary arrangements on time. He will help you with all the arrangements during your stay.

The homestay is located in a beautiful spot. Rooms are clean and the view from the rooms is gorgeous. There are a few houses around, so no need to worry if you are travelling with family. The care taker Parthiban is a sweet person and takes care of our needs. If you are travelling to ooty and looking for a decent accomodation close to nature, this is the place to go. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: Beautiful view Convenient location Peaceful surroundings Cons: No food preparation available within the hotel (not even tea) Limited parking space for vehicles Dear Hotel Management, Kindly take immediate action to provide in-house food preparation facilities. Offering even basic meal and beverage options will greatly enhance the guest experience and leave a positive impression of your hotel. Otherwise, the lack of such amenities may create an unfavorable impression among visitors.

The days we stayed were unforgettable in our lives, thanks to Parthiban for arranging it.Any help was provided immediately. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean and well maintained. It was great because the internet was always there. I have never seen a manager like Parthiban. He is very polite and kind. He will do anything for you.I would love to spend a vacation there again.

The caretaker was very attentive and ensured that all our needs were taken care of promptly. A special appreciation goes to Mr. Parthiban, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our holiday experience was great at Brown tree. The view was amazing and extraordinary. It's a must visit. Mr.Prathiban the property manager was very kind &helpful in accomodating and getting us the food.

Very disappointing experience at this resort. The person in charge was extremely rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined the stay. There were frequent electricity issues, making it difficult to relax. Basic amenities were also not provided — not even bathing towels. Overall, very poor service and not worth the money. I do not recommend this property.
