I recently had the pleasure of staying at fortune retreat for three days. **** **Accommodations** The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. **** **Staff** What truly made my stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions I had. The quality of the food was excellent. **** **Overall Experience** Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. The combination of a fantastic location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Ooty. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit.

Just spent 3 unforgettable nights at Fortune retreats, and I can’t rave enough about the experience! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by the incredible staff—they truly go above and beyond. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to those spectacular landscapes was pure magic. And the food? Simply to die for! Every meal was a culinary delight, packed with flavor and love. The view from the restaurant is just amazing 😍 🌳🌳🌫️ The rooms are clean and good and spacious. The view from the room is also awesome you will see pine 🌲 🌲 trees in front of your stay.😌😌 Their stay for rooms is not available at this exact location.From this location that is just 200m away. Do checkout location named Fortune resorts belmont for stays and rooms information 🙂🙂. My overall experience here was nice and mind soothing regarding stay and location and service. The staff is friendly and helpful. But one small review for food taste can be improved a little bit. Overall an amazing stay and I will for sure recommend this stay if you are planning an Ooty trip and looking for awesome stays in budget options.🙂👍

Stayed here for 2 nights, very clean and self sufficient rooms to cater to your every need. The balcony view is the best of valley view you will ever need. It's breathtaking. Food at Celeste is great. The service is on point as well.

Pro: 1. Rooms are good. 2. The place is good and it's on top of the Hill. 3. Management is good. 4. They provide additional big blankets on need basis. Cons: 1. Rooms are located at top of the Ooty Hill. It's a Plus and Minus as it's difficult to reach the hotel in a big car. But we saw a mini bus also reached. 2. Some Room's bathroom doors don't close properly as expected. Due to this cold breeze air will come to the bedroom. 3. TV is not in the bedroom. It's located at the room's entrance. 4. The outside view is not from the bedroom. The view is from the entrance room. 5. Delivery of food from their own restaurant is very slow.

The resort is setup at great heights. It is one of the best resort in terms of hospitality location and the rooms. Elson will be there all time to make your stay and travel more comfortable. They also have a travel desk through which they will give you beat itinerary plans.

Wonderful experience here. The place is top notch and so is the service. The staff is very polite and considerate about your well-being and anything you need. Must visit place if you want to have a relaxing day and a beautiful valley view

Nice location. Good size room with seperate sitting areA. Good services, Prompt staff . Good food at economical prices. The only thing I didn't liked was the bathroom. Though it was neat but with no shower. No soap in bathing area. Shower gel dispenser was placed at basin side . So was difficult. Geyser was too small ,with very little hot water. And the funny thing was ,it produces scary noise every time you open the tap . Little ammendment in the bathroom can give complete satisfaction to the client. |
